Pretty bad tasting spring roll today. The big surprise is they have no napkins! I suggested someone cross the parking lot to Safeway and buy some. How can you operate a restaurant with no napkins. That's gross. In response to my suggestion the girl at the register said "no". No apology, no acknowledgement of this large shortcoming of standard service.
As I was about to post this, they did exactly as I suggested. Not because the girl at the register responded to my request, but that someone else took care of it.

I love panda but the workers in grants pass, specifically, never have food prepared and ready. They constantly forget sauce. And they give so much attitude when you order an item that needs to be prepared in 5-7 minutes. I’ll wait. But Why wait for franchised panda when I can go to a local restaurant, support local businesses, and get everything that i order in a timely manner. Unsatisfactory. Unprofessional.

Getting worse everytime? This time the Teriyaki Chicken was disgusting ( Under cooked and full of fatty lumps). It didnt even taste like Chicken? Not sure what it was I ate. The rice was undercooked as well. Super gross meal. I think Im done with this place.

Its honestly amazing that they can 100% of the time ask you if you want your teriyaki sauce on top of the chicken or on the side, and then 100% of the time never give you any sauce at all regardless of your answer.

Place is supposed to be open at 10 am only to find out they’re currently not opening until 11 with no indication they are doing this. No sign on the door or anything online to tell you this. 11 am rolls around and their lobby remains closed when it was open the same time literally just last week. Finally get to ordering only to learn they apparently only serve some dishes at night despite them selling it in the morning at, you guessed it, just last week. To top it all off, they rejected our gift card that still had enough money on it to pay for the whole meal and had been used prior. A shame, the food tastes good, but after this we won’t be back to this specific branch anytime soon. At least have the decency to put a sign on your door letting people know you’re not opening until 11 right now instead of letting people stop by and waste time when they find that you’re closed. You clearly don’t want business so we gladly won’t give it to you. Good luck with the way you do things over there. Seriously, you’re gonna need it.

The night manager on Sunday 1/16/22 was extremely rude, even wore a jacket over her uniform to hide a name tag. We came in a small group of 3 and all politely asked for masks as we forgot our own, the manager then proceeded to yell at us over her employee who was attempting to take our order to “wear our masks” even though we had put on the ones that were given to us. The employee clearly seemed frustrated with the managers obnoxious attitude, they were not busy at all, so there was no need for the attitude either. The manager then proceeded to finish putting together our meal, once we sat down to eat we realized our food was ice cold, chicken still half frozen, and rice was crispy over cooked. The manager then proceeded to yell at the entire staff loud enough for the entire restaurant to hear. Very verbally abusive to her employees.... definitely won’t ever be back.

We arrived near the end of the night and waited in the drive-thru for a long time so we certainly give credit for their service after-hours. However, the serving seemed a bit disproportionate, 80% rice and 20% entre options. Disappointed by that; as well as no chow mein availability.

Got refused service tonight after standing in line for like 20 mins maskless. When it was time to order I was told I need to put one on or they wouldn’t serve me. Makes no sense. Been there for 20 mins already, going to order behind your 6 ft tall glass then walk 10 ft to my table to take my mask off. Just stop already w the nonsense. Won’t be going back for their mediocre at best food anyways
