Reviews of Buffalo Bills Train Depot Restaurant

We were in on the 30th of September, like we do two or three times a month. This has been our go to place for the last two years. We were told to pick a seat and so we went and sat in a corner both. They took our order for coffee and after that we never saw anyone. We waited for fifteen or more minutes. Finally Melissa came to take our order. By that time we were ready to leave. We asked her for our check and told her that we had waited with no one even coming over to take our order. When she was called on it she immediately blamed it on the fact that she was training and was very busy. We of course had clear view of the floor and the fact that it wasn't busy. We never saw her training anyone. She never apologized for leaving us sitting there with no service, instead she got an attitude and got defensive. As we were walking out I heard her tell the other waitress, those are the people that I told I was training and they got mad. We will not be coming back for awhile. Hopefully by then all the training will be done and we get the great service we have enjoyed for the past two years.

Used to go here all the time, the food and prices were great. Then it started going downhill last year and we stopped going as often. Went there for the first time today and a year. Wow. Service was good. But the food. The meatloaf was DRY and looked like it had been sitting in a warmer for awhile. The potatoes and gravy had no flavor. The penne Alfredo was the real winner... The Alfredo sauce was basically as thin as soup. The gf basically took two bites of it and put it down. We got a togo box for it so she could thicken it up at home. Sad to see a great little place go downhill.

Lucky I had to rate them even 1 star. This place was horrible all the way around. Had brunch with some family and had to order drinks twice. Took more than 20 minutes for us to get even a water. Then we waited over an hour to get our food, breakfast food at that. Our waitress seemed a bit frazzled (even tho we all ordered the breakfast special, two were the exact same) we had her read our order back. We still got all the wrong orders, all wrong way cooked, we had to wait an additional 15 mins or more for our toast. ...Like really. The food was raw and wrong. If we're going to wait all that time and spend $15 an order we should get it correctly and cooked correctly..Right?! Plus our waitress was annoyed we sent the raw food back and never came to check on us once...First time there and was a nightmare.

Went in with the whole family for lunch. Been here for breakfast which in the past on a weekday was great. However lunch was not so good, waited over an hour to get our food out. Waitress brought our tab before we got our food on the table, never asked if we wanted refills on drinks, when the food came out it was wrong. The waitress made a mistake in an entire order and forgot to mention it to the cooks. Mac n cheese was from Kraft not made from scratch. It was a bad experience, not worth what we paid. Disappointment.
