Beat Thai food in grants southern oregon. It do3ant get more authentic on this side of the pacific. Mint leaf Chile w/chicken and Tom Kai gah are second to none and exceptional. This place really knows how to pour on the heat with with food, so be careful how spicy you ask for things.

We ordered some food to take out. The order was well put together and there was a liner inside the insulated foam container to make sure that juices didn't escape. Their cashew chicken was perfect as always.

It's a cute little restaurant with great ambiance. The food was not bad it had good flavor just not much meat in the dishes. The decor was nice here and the waitress did a good job.

The other thai place Ban Mai Thai is waayy better than Pongsri's.
Ban Mai Thai asked if we needed plasticware (I declined because I had spoons at home). Pongsri didn't.
Ban Mai Thai's food (we ordered 8 items) and each and every item was delicious, would rate 5/5. Pongsri's special Siam Fried Rice was 1/5. Was very disappointed.
Ban Mai Thai gave a cardboard cup holder for 3 drinks that we ordered. Pongsri didn't even offer that.
Yeah I definitely recommend Ban Mai Thai over Pongsri's any time.

Service was slow. Took at least 10 minutes before we even got waters. Food was pretty good at least, but I’ve had better Thai food. Get the peanut sauce curry!

We ordered our food to go but when we picked up our order we also noticed that they have a small outdoor eating area should you wish to done there. The food was absolutely delicious and ready in a very short period of time! We will, of course, be back!

Cozy and warm ambiance, clean, absolutely incredible food and excellent service from super sweet people. If you walk in and the place is almost full, it's for a reason. Listen to the owner's advice, you won't regret what comes in front of you. Lovely lady full of good humor. Overall amazing, five stars isn't enough.
