My Wife and I extend our sincere gratitude for the enjoyable evening we had last night 12.08.23. The event was meticulously organized, from the delightful starting cocktails to the salads, entree, and wines, concluding with a delightful dessert and dessert wines/sherry. Additionally, I must commend the impeccable service provided by the staff. The atmosphere, enriched by good friends and engaging conversations, truly made for a perfect night. Well done! A memorable and enjoyable evening.

For the first time I kind of hate leaving this review because this restaurant was so phenomenal. I don’t want anyone else to know how great it was. It might be too crowded and I can’t go. This was some of the best food I’ve ever had and first the service was incredible the water the water glass never got below half full, but the bread bowl never was empty. It was fantastic. These guys were on the ball. It was amazing watching the bus boys turntables they would spend several minutes straightening tablecloths, and then even ironing the creases out of the tablecloth so they looked perfectly. The food was fantastic. The appetizers were great the entrées everyone in my family had the best food that they had ever had. The desserts were incredible. I cannot believe I have not been to Hawks before they’ve been in business for 16 years and I won’t just be back. I’ll be back every week because this was one of the best restaurants I’ve been to in Sacramento better than Ruth’s Chris better than the kitchen better than Morton’s better than ill Fernao. This is the place to be and I cannot believe I’ve missed this for all these years and I’ve got time I’ve got a make up ground and eat as often as I can at Hawks my only regret here is that Google only lets me do five stars, because this place definitely deserves more

We sat outside on the patio and it was wonderful. The sounds of Geese and coyotes at night were fun. The food and drinks were amazing. The staff were friendly and attentive. Definitely a date night or special occasion place for fine dining! We had potato gnocchi, goldbud apple and Belgian endive salad , and the truffle cheeseburger ! Which I highly recommend!

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Hawks Fine Dining in Granite Bay, CA, and I couldn't be more thrilled to share my extraordinary experience. Our server, Darren, truly made the evening special with his warm, friendly, and highly professional service. His attention to detail and welcoming demeanor added a delightful touch to our meal. Now, let's talk about the food - I ordered the short rib, and it was an absolute culinary masterpiece. The succulent flavors and impeccable presentation left a lasting impression. But what truly sets Hawks Fine Dining apart is their dedication to accommodating dietary preferences. My date, a vegan diner in the duo, was pleasantly surprised with an off-menu vegan dish that was nothing short of exceptional. It's evident that the staff goes the extra mile to ensure every guest's satisfaction. In conclusion, Hawks Fine Dining is a gem in Granite Bay, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for an unforgettable dining experience. Absolutely amazing service & meal! Dined with my work team of 10 people and everyone loved the experience! I highly recommend the beet cured Hamachi (white soy, yuzu, pickled alba mushrooms and wasabi), the compressed watermelon salad (saeng’s strawberries, french feta, cucumber and mint), the potato gnocchi (bay scallops, yellow pepper cream and smoked paprika) & almond wood grilled filet mignon (alpine cheese, cipollini onions, pommes dauphines). We shared the warm brioche beignets with salted caramel for dessert, which was fun & delicious. I'm looking forward to the next time I'm in town & to share this gem with more friends & family.

One of our most favorite restaurants in the Sacramento area. Elegant decor with white linen tablecloth. Full bar for cocktails and a very nice wine selection to choose from. Service is truly excellent. Their menu, food pairings, and plate presentation is exquisite and the taste consistently exceeds expectations. If you want an exceptional and special dining experience, you owe it to yourself and guests to try (or return to) Hawks.

Group of 4, and It was my first time here. The cocktails are totally worth the try. The appetizers were delicious paring with white wine. Main courses were excellent, and at a times to rich!…almost to the point of getting full, but I powered through to the dessert, after getting a box to go. Excellent wine list and service.
