The employees basically just do their job they don't go above or Beyond or anything like that but the pretzels are pretty amazing. I've been here multiple times and I've never had a complaint about the food or the way I was treated

We go here a lot! If you download their app, There's almost always a coupon for a free pretzel or buy one get one free. They have a few different types of pretzels and pretzel dogs! We have also bought the kit to make them (always on their counter) and they turned out pretty good at home as well! If I had my choice of pretzel places, I actually prefer Wetzels pretzels because they seem to have more butter on them but if this is your option for pretzels, definitely try them out!
