Talk about expensive! I ordered 2 fish sandwiches it cost me $11.52, mind you no fries or drinks! Then to top it off they were over cooked! Do yourself a favor and find another fast food place. Not only is the food bad but we’re paying for the employees wage hike!!

It fits not matter what you order here, they will screw it up. And now I just believe they're doing it intentionally. I ordered a quarter pounder with bacon and cheese and what have you. They literally have me a Big Mac, but just with it the sauce. I'm surprised the French fries don't come out as chicken nuggets.

I ordered a Plain McChicken, Add Cheese. I got a plain McChicken... after I waited in line 25 minutes after ordering.... 9 times out of 10 they mess up order.

I come there after a day of work at 9 and everytime they have taken my order I’ve paid and then they just give me a bag and shut the window it always is missing stuff like 3 sandwiches if your gonna be open past 9 do your job past then please got my spicy crispy chicken on a burger bun

Good but it would be nice to at least go back in and sit and eat rather then just going through the drive through all the time if you at least have the policy by saying to staying safe with wearing a mask

In the town of Grand Rapids are McDonald's is one that stays open 24 hours during the summer however if you go anytime past 10 p.m. or like yesterday 4:30 p.m. the shake machine doesn't work, yeah right it never works they don't want to clean it so they don't use it and when I can't get a quarter pounder combo meal one of the legendary dinners are the 24 Hour menu it happens every year give me spells manager wants to get this done on time or early so I haven't been you shut down happens every year come on guys at the Ronald McDonald House kick it into gear and do it right instead of taking shortcuts that leave us was a half a bag of food.

They took forever and then the worker that brought our food out to us he told us not to come back as a recommendation, I agree with him mainly cause I could see the workers standing around doing nothing. I mean on the bright side atleast they don't run out of meat like Taco Bell in here in good ol Grand Rapids Mn.
