My daughter got a caramel ribbon Frappuccino today and she thought it tasted funny. Later we dumped it out and these were some of the bigger chunks. When broken apart they smell charred. Earlier in the week they had an electrical fire with a fridge but one would think that they would be at top performance before opening back up. Very sad about this because starbucks is my favorite.

One of the few Starbucks that I actually enjoy. Normally I get a chocolate croissant and they actually ask if I want it warmed up or not. I don't like it warmed up as I love the crunch. Staff is very friendly and you can tell that they are not faking a smile on their face. Very enjoyable talking with them.

Ordered a white hot chocolate with no whip cream. Dumb chick must have put whip cream in and them scooped it out because when I got in the car and took a drink all I could taste was whip cream. Really wish I would've just waited un the line at caribou

This Starbucks is located inside the Grand Rapids Target store. The staff are friendly and service oriented. On one occasion recently, I wasn't completely satisfied with my drink. When I told them this, they happily remade the drink to my satisfaction. Lately it's harder and harder to find businesses that put customers first. Although this is just a single anecdote, it seems to suggest that this location has the right stuff.
