I have ordered food from this location at least five times, every single time it has taken an hour or MORE to get to me. I’ve gone through the drive thru as well and that took 45 minutes. I’m really not sure what the issue is here(I’m assuming low staff) but I would suggest management shutting down online orders if the crew can’t keep up. I’m sure the crew is overworked and understaffed and that is never fun, I definitely feel for those guys. All I can come to conclusion with is that it is poor management. Last time I will be ordering from here. Food isn’t bad(so the workers must be capable, that’s the only reason I’m giving it any stars). I hate to leave such a poor review but improvements need to be made.

Food good and speed of service as well.... but bad note prices are a bit out of whack in my opinion when compared to subway here in grand rapids. Italian sub $7.50 for a 8" where subway that is $6.00 at subway for a 12"
2 years back that same sub was $4.75

Dang it, I wish I did have a pic or two of one of the many fantastic subs & sandwiches this standout stop has prepared for me...always neat, always pleasant, definitely gives Subway a hefty run for its money...just sayin'🪐
There is a quite a unique & organic vibe to this place...and the building being fairly new still, that speaks volumes as to the collective characters & charisma of the crew. Healthy work culture & a positively fantastic menu..! {Keep all that up & you'll be here forever....I surely hope‼️} ~⚡️🌘..✌🏻

Drive through often takes much longer than you'd think, and they are out of French bread so often you have to anticipate a solid 20% chance they will only have whole grain bread. 3 stars because they have nice staff and the sandwiches are always good and they never mess up orders. Most businesses in town are understaffed but this place is hit especially hard. Often not in operation due to "staff shortages"

Got a free 8" sub for my birthday using the Jimmy John's app! Love that they reward their guests with a full sub sandwich for birthdays. They will keep me coming back with that for sure!

Love jimmy John's but this location is lacking alot of personality, speed and consistency.... I have been here around a dozen times and have never had a great experience. The food is ok but have had better at other Jimmy johns. The staff is certainly not overly friendly neither. On top of that the past few times I have tried to eat their they have been closed... At dinner time and they are closed? Website says open and staff sometimes are even in there but it's all coned off and locked up. I don't think I will be going back to this location which sucks because it's the closest one to me...

We stopped in last night late.... Aaron was the guy at the counter.. He was super awesome.. The added bacon you suggested MADE my sandwich.. Your whole crew had an awesome get it done right vibe.. the gargantuan gargantuan was also a rad call.. I didn't even know it was a thing.. You are a smoothe operator Aaron..(your upsell game is Ninja level). . And a super freaky fast crew..Thanks for the awesome experience..we willlllll be back!
