Have had such a positive experience with this apartment complex! I definitely recommend to anyone looking for modern new apartments in grand rapids! Maintenance is very nice when they enter your home & very respectful. I had the pleasure of meeting a team member of maintenance, Dante Johns. He helped with everything I needed & was very kind & made sure everything was cleaned up when he left. Also Ed in the leasing office is amazing. If you’re looking for a friendly, caring and nice apartment with great people working definitely check The Valley out!

We had just moved to the Valley townhomes from another AMP property and when we moved in the refrigerator getting colder than room temperature. We submitted a request to have it looked at and Mason came out very quickly and diagnosed it having a bad thermister. He replaced the part and had the fridge working properly in no time! We also informed him that the water dispenser was a slow trickle. He did his research on the fridge and was able to fix that as well. Mason has been a tremendous help to us and you can tell he really cares about his work and goes above and beyond every time. We have had a lot of maintenance guys at the last AMP property fix things for us and none of them compare to Mason! We are so happy to be living here!

We could not be happier that we moved to the Valley Townhomes. Everything has been great and we absolutely love living here. When we moved in, the dryer lint screen was ripped. It wasn’t anything super urgent. But Mason (the best maintenance guy on the planet), came over right away to take a look at it. He got the part that was needed ordered super quickly. He is also just so nice and friendly! It’s refreshing to meet someone who makes it feel like they are happy to help you. We have lived in another AMP property and it doesn’t even compare! Also, the leasing office staff have all been amazing! Ed answered all my questions prior to move in and they go above and beyond to make sure we are happy and taken care of. Thanks for running such an amazing property!!

I’ve lived at The Valley Townhomes for almost a year now and have really enjoyed it! The property is well maintained, the office staff is very friendly and helpful. It’s in a quiet, safe area, close to many stores/restaurants. Love the pool and fire pit! I had some issues getting my furnace started at the first of the season and Mason and Nick were there immediately to get it up and running. Super friendly and professional, and it puts my mind at ease knowing there’s such a knowledgeable and attentive maintenance staff here if any issues arise! Thank you guys!

Nick the maintenance guy is the best he’s always super nice and very efficient with this work. Nick is always professional and always talks to us and make sure we are doing well. Nick recently was able to replace our faucet and parts for our dishwasher that was leaking and also help us out when the garage disposal didn’t work. Nick is always willing to help out a a smaller easy task whenever possible! Go Nick!!!!

Our family has been here for around 4-5 months now and we love it here. Ed is the main person we have interacted with and he’s always so polite and helpful. All of the staff we have met have been very nice and understanding. Maintenance staff is also very friendly, our place hasn’t needed any work because this place has done such a wonderful job keeping up with everything but, we’ve interacted with maintenance on the grounds and they’re always so nice. The town house itself was very clean when we moved in and nothing has needed fixing. Upkeep is great, neighbors are great, and the area is conveniently located with tons of stuff to do. The office hosts all kinds of parties and community events to create a sense of welcoming, The Valley truly does feel like community living and it feels like home. Thank you staff for all the hard work you all put into this place and for always being super sweet!
