Everything was good except 1 pizza I ordered was pepperoni and bacon. They must have forgotten the bacon and warmed some up and just threw it on my pizza. When I got home and checked my pizzas it was black burnt clumps of bacon scattered all over. When I picked up a slice all the burnt bacon fell off the pizza. All they had to do is reheat more bacon. They didn't care enough.
Wanted to send a shout out to this particular location Lake Drive manager Caleb was very patient. Responsive got the wrong pizza a couple of times but his attitude and spirit was so kind so nice and he served us with excellence. Appreciate you came up.
Had to order 20 pizzas for a wedding. Don, asnt. Mgr. was VERY helpful and professional. We are getting way better pizza and delivery from this location than their competition at LC.
Lady working was really polite and service was quick. Only complaint is the parking lot is in terrible shape. They need ferment poured or something.
Lucky to live nearby such a great Domino's location!! The day I moved in, I ordered pizza for my moving helpers and it was the perfect reset to the day. My order came quickly and communication was wonderful.
I experienced some delays while ordering during inclement weather recently and even when the location was crazy busy, management was very kind and apologetic for any delays. Would recommend this location!
Best Domino's pizza ever!!! I used to hate Domino's, but now it's one of the first pizza places I'll order from. They have really updated their menu a lot. The staff is very kind. I only have minor issues. The biggest is that the staff doesn't know the menu well. It is extremely hard to place an order over the phone because they don't really know what to do. Maybe it's because they have new items all the time, but it's definitely not a benefit! I ordered one of their new cheesy marinara dip with bread twists. The girl was confused, so I kept verifying that she had gotten that on the order. She said yes, and when my order arrived, it was a tiny cup of marinara, smh! They were so sorry and sent out a bowl right away. I offered to pay, but they comped it and were very apologetic... Long story short- place your order online, and you'll have the best Dominos you've ever tasted 😀
Petfect! Fettuccine Alfredo bread bowl is amazing. Big chunks of chicken garlic crust done to perfection.
The delivery driver, Christopher made my whole night. His kindness is infectious. My address is usually difficult to find for delivery drivers because of a flaw in the gps, but Christopher made the best of it and delivered my food with a huge smile. Clearly a very hard worker who deserves to be recognized. I left a tip online before delivery, but I wish I could give more now! This was my favorite food delivery experience and it was all because of this employee.
I have gone to lots of dominos, ordering online (app) or over the phone, and I have never had an issue here that wasn’t taken care of. As long as you are nice everyone at this location will make your experience enjoyable. It’s Eastown, be kind and receive kind, these folks are always busy and in a hurry so be patient.
I have never had any issues with the staff and if a mistake was made, on my part or theirs, they have always resolved it with no hassle.
Ps, be sure to tip these folks. Pizza delivery drivers are attacked twice as frequently as police and they aren’t compensated enough for the hard work they put in.

Much recognition for the night manager Jeremy. He is always welcoming and pays attention to detail with orders and the food is always spot on. Amazing employee.

Another stellar Manager I would like to acknowledge is Ikeesha. She has great customer service and is always welcoming and friendly.
Always fast and quality service. Juan especially deserves recognition. He balances serving customers in the store and making pizzas. Always professional and efficient. Jessica, the manager is also awesome and makes sure the store runs smoothly. They really take care of customers here.
