We were seated promptly. The server was prompt, polite, friendly, and helpful. The food was delicious and exactly as expected, though they neglected to leave the tomato and lettuce off the burger as requested. And prices were reasonable. All in all, a very good experience and I'll certainly be returning.
The steak here was better than I expected from a chain. Coupled with the salad it came with it was quite a good meal. If you're trying to be health conscious it was a good choice as well. The server was helpful though he talked a bit fast and was a bit hard to hear. Seemed nice though.
My fiancé and I were very pleasantly surprised with the food but especially the service. Joseph waited on us and he was incredibly accommodating, friendly and gave us great suggestions with the menu. We have never been a huge fan of Chilis but after the service we received alone we will definitely be back and hopefully in Joseph's section.
The food is pretty great but be warned the service varies throughout the day. The best service is between 11am-1pm and 4pm-8pm. Between the lunch and dinner rush your late lunch plans go from a simple 1 hour to nearly 2 hours waiting for the one of two servers to wait on you and the maybe two other people in the restaurant at this time.
The food is always pretty good here. They seem to be a bit understaffed and there is usually at least one mistake per visit, but they are very nice about it and do their best to help. It can take a while for the food to come out, but other than that, this place is pretty good.
Typical bar/family restaurant style food, with a Mexican flare. The service was good, the food fine, and the overall experience what I would expect for a solid chain restaurant. The restaurant is additionally clean and well maintained, and in a great location for accessing movies and (small scale) shopping.

Really nice place, the staff was friendly. The food was well cooked and the service was exceptional. The ambient was also really good, it wasn't loud that day. A real enjoyable experience.
In the 18+ years I've been visiting this establishment, I've always had good service and great food.
I can't think of any times I've had a bad experience here, so if something was ever wrong or there was a problem, I was obviously satisfied with resolution.

The service is great. Everyone is friendly and food came out in a timely manner. Never had to ask for refills server was on top of things. Thank you Roshel. We will diffently be back.
