My "extra ketchup and extra mustard " added after the second try (see photo). The first sandwich we ordered barely had anything on them. Almost dry as a bone. It seemed like a joke when I saw the first sandwich. I didn't get a picture of it, because I didn't think that my next sandwich would be prepared like said photo.
I wasn't going to go back in line for the third time to have it fixed. Not a big deal, you get what you pay for!

Drove 20 minutes out of my way to go here to get my family a Shamrock Shake since the one by house was closed. Ice cream machine down like they always are but still advertising they work when you pull up to the drive through. Then when I get home with my meals, my quarter pounders we're the size of a kids cheese burger. Page an extra $20 for meals I should have paid $10 for. They didn't even put them in a burger container. They were in breakfast boxes labled "sausage" and the drinks were in the clear iced coffee cups. Not to mention the fries were cold and stale like they've been there since this morning. Guess I'm boycotting McDonald's for now on if this is the service and scams they want to pull.

I enjoyed being back in the building. The chicken was so tender all the food was good eating as much as I can. Our Waitress Cora was nice and kept checking on us. That's the kind of service I like.

Dirty inside. Table tops were not clean, floors were littered with food bits everywhere, and staff were busy talking about hair cuts and "staying out my business, cause it ain't make you no money...", which was shocking considering the manager was running around telling them that Corporate was going to be there for the next three days and they need to make this place spotless. Poorly run, poorly staffed.

Apparently it cost $40 for 2 adults and 3 children to eat at McDonald's now. Ate in the dining room... order was missing a burger, chicken nuggets, and a chocolate milk. Tables were dirty. My wife asked for a refill. Manager explained they are no longer allowing refills and the company is moving away from dining room service because they did not lose any money during the pandemic. I guess that's a business decision. You probably just take the tables out then. We will go to Wendy's, Chi-fil-a, or Culver's next time.

Really long wait when there was no drive-thru line, cold limp fries that were definitely old, really grainy and gross. Almost got the order wrong and one of the buns the burger was on was hard as a rock. Just a mess overall, would not recommend.

This McDonald's was quite busy. I'd have to say the staff was great at customer service given what they were dealing with(the busyness). I put in a mobile order but this location, for some reason, wasn't offering the pick-up in the store option (I'm a truck driver). I had to take my phone to the counter with my code for drive-through and it took forever to get my food. The staff was apologetic and nice though. However, my burger was smashed, like it was thrown together and then stepped on. My fries were cold, not at all close to fresh. Overall my experience was ok and the food was nothing to write home about.

Waited for 10 minutes at the drive-through with five other cars without anyone taking an order. I don’t know if they didn’t know we were there or they just didn’t care. Tried calling, no one answered. me and the other cars in it up leaving because no one ever took our order. Come on what’s going on? This isn’t how fast food supposed to work !
