The food wasn't bad more interested in the Junior Frosty keychain that you can purchase for $2 and it will allow you to get a free Junior Frosty with every purchase, keychain is good for one year.

We went through the drive thru and ate in a parking spot facing the car wash in rush hour, so the atmosphere took the hit, but everything else was great!

The thing about fast food: It has to be fast. I have an hour for dinner. That should be plenty of time for me to drive 1 mile, get a burger and fries off the menu with no changes, and get back in time. This location completely failed to do that. I arrived at their location within 8 minutes of clocking out; there was one party in front of me. I didn’t get to order for 15 minutes and didn’t get my food for another 10. That gave me about 14 minutes to wolf my food down. Just terrible time management.

My son and I went to Wendy's on 28th Street in Grand Rapids on May 20 at about 11:15 pm. We had the worst service ever. We were the only car in the drive through and waited at the speaker for several minutes. No one took our order. I had to call the restaurant to tell them we were waiting to order. The guy that answered was very rude! Once our order was taken by a female we went to the window to get our food only to be rudely served by Wendy's employees. They gave us our food and quickly left the window. No "Thank you" or any like that. I felt like we were bothering the workers.
We were not given any straws for our drinks. We tried to get the attention of someone inside, but they ignored us. Even when we knocked on the drive up window. The food was not very warm and looked liked it was carelessly made. We through the food away and went to Steak N Shake where the employees were very nice and the food was great.

It would be nice when I order a bread-less grilled chicken sandwich they could give me enough lettuce to actually wrap my chicken in....for $4.79 plus tax!!
