Review Pizza Hut - Grand Rapids

The staff is great! One of the workers names is Ben and the other I believe is the manager that has pink hair. 😀 The manager is always so helpful and very kind!

Super supreme hand tossed crust pizza was delicious. I had a coupon for free breadsticks and my son took home several slices he could reheat later.

The order was being prepared within a minute after ordering, and the food was very good, and was warm when received.

It has been a long time since we did the Pizza Hut thing. Thought we'd try the new melts. They are delicious! Boneless wings were very good too! We'll be ordering again soon!

I ordered a pizza and put in the wrong address, I called and they gave me a full refund and delivered it to my house with no problems. The manager and employee were very nice and very helpful, the pizza and wings were also amazing.

Great food, great service. Ever since they changed to fresh ingredients some 30-40 years ago, their pizza's are the best for the money. Also, every pizza hut I visit has the same friendliness, same cleanliness and same great taste. For the money, you can't beat them.

I went here a lot a couple summers ago and every time I went, they made my pizza PERFECT!!! I would get 3 items: onions, green peppers and the 3rd item I would switch around from pepperoni, ham or Italian sausage...depending on which I felt like having that day. The manager had taken my order many times, and the very first time he took my order, I explained that I really love onions and green peppers. He actually would make my pizza because my pizza was LOADED with huge onions and green peppers...not shavings of such veggies like many other pizza places. He confirmed that yes he was making my pizza. I can't explain how great that manager was. I saw him often. The girl working there was so nice too...who I happen to run into at another eating place...she recognized me and offered to share her meal with me, super nice girl. The amazing thing about this Pizza Hut location is, every time I went there, my favorite music (80s and early 90s) was playing. One day I told the manager how I love all the songs he's got playing every time I come in...and thank God it's not rap and hip hop. He explained that the lady who owns this Pizza Hut location actually owns many Pizza Huts in Michigan and she has this same type of music playing in all of them. WOW...I thought that was so awesome, she has the best taste in music!

The shift manager, Theresa, kept her cool when an equipment and I think also, an employee issue arose. Orders got backed up and some customers were impatient. It was a lot of stress on her. I had no issue waiting some extra time for mine. When it came out, it was perfect - about the best i have had from any Hut.

Food (wings, pizza, salad, dessert) was great and ready on time.

On Sunday, Dec 26th, 2021, they were having equipment issues and some other issue. This got orders backed up, which upset some customers. I thought that Theresa handled it quite well, considering all she had to deal with! My pizza turned out perfect. Hang in there Theresa!

By far my favorite pizza hut location. Have been going there since this location opened. Always good service and the best pizza hut I have had at any of there locations. Always clean. They also are a wings street location so they offer beer on tap. Finding a parking spot can be hard depending on time of dinning because of Panera next door and many other establishments surrounding but don't let that stop you.

Had a great experience on a Saturday afternoon. Our server was JoAnne she was friendly and attentive. We are gluten free and are very picky when we eat out. Definitely looking forward to going back.

Longtime customer. Tonight I ordered via online. Twenty minutes before end of day/delivery I placed my order. Not two minutes after I placed order ONLINE I received a call from Jordan. He opened with "bad news" and I replied, "to late to deliver, eh?". He said absolutely not. However, what I ordered (specialty stuffed crust) was unavailable and he was extremely apologetic but was willing to give me multiple choices/options for same price. When the order arrived within twenty minutes, we received a free order of family sized breadsticks with a note from Jordan saying, "thanks for being so nice! Free order of breadsticks for the trouble!" Definitely recommend Jordan and Pizza Hut! =)

The taste was good. However they did not make bread sticks as ordered very dry and hard. No clue why they can't make them the way we ask. Wasted $8

The food was great, the service was excellent! The cook Caitlynn is the best!

Never ever order pizza again from Standale/Walker Pizza Hut. Messed up our order 2 times on 1 order. Gave us free pizza for a later day and just messed up that order too. There incompetence is extremely frustrating.

Half the order missing, you want to decide who does and doesn't eat for us.......?

Taylor was my waitress and did a great job! I hope she's still there the next time I get pizza!
