Gia Yuan - Grand Rapids - Photo album

I ordered the Mongolian Beef combination meal. Even though I ate in, I had to order from the front counter and the food was served in to-go packaging. I was left to get my own eating utensils and condiments. They have a VERY small selection of canned or bottled sodas. The first thing I noticed was t
A great dinner option for consistently good, quick Chinese food on the Westside. The pickup order is always ready in 15 or less. And the family that owns Jia Yuan are nice. I never see anyone eating inside. The prices are cheap and the food is great!
Good chinese food that is affordable
The food was mostly good. The hot and sour soup did not taste like any hot and sour soup I have had before, so that was disappointing. The service was great! For the price and portion sizes, it was good. We will probably be back .
A hidden gem on the Northwest side , Jia Yuan has delicious house lo mein that has just the right amount of sauce to make the noodles not dry, but not drenched either. Their chicken egg rolls are the most flavorful egg rolls you can get around here. They also have a tasty egg drop wonton soup. If yo
Mongolian beef, I ordered seemed to be more wet sauce & onions than meat.
Nice family run place. Food is always hot with fast & friendly service. Consistently above average food quality; spicy dishes are not hot (Hunan, etc.). The egg rolls are decent. Good location for Walker area. Recommended! 👍👍👍
We love this takeout family owned Place. Never in 10 yrs have we ever ordered anything from here and been disappointed. Great food with Great prices and Great Quantity of it! Highly Recommend for Take out!!!
I tried many Chinese restaurants in the area, and Jia Yuan is the best! This excellent family-owned Chinese restaurant offers freshmade takeout at affordable prices. For around $10 a person, you can get large servings of a meat and/or vegetable dish with fried rice. The egg rolls are a must-have, wh

The shrimp was cooked properly, not always the case when mixed with veggies. The rice was fresh and moist. The sauces had good flavors and not too salty o
The staff is very friendly. The food is good and the price is less expensive than other similar Chinese restaurants.
Delicious! I'm always looking for chicken with broccoli in a brown sauce and here it is AMAZING! The chicken with curry sauce was a big hit in the house too! Rice was soft and fresh and the vegetables were fresh and crunchy. We're definitely going back again!
We live down the street from Jia Yuan and eat there frequently. The family that runs it is really terrific, and the food is great. It is never greasy, it is always hot and fresh and delicious, time after time. Their prices are great, and they are generous with how much food they cram into the contai
Amazing price. They could understand me on the phone, and me, them. She didn't get upset when I asked prices like many places, nor was I rushed. I didn't get a call even though they asked for my number and never asked for a name for the order- that was a little strange, but when I went to pick it up
