This is a pretty decent McDonald’s. My only complaint is they used to give my dogs doggy treats when we came through the door. I mean the drive-through now I pretty much can’t go there because they don’t give doggy treats and my dogs freak out I mean, how much does a dog treat cost?

Best quarter pounder on this side of the Mississippi. I lived in Michigan all my life, before many a road trip, I would start my trip at this McDonald’s getting a double quarter pounder with cheese. I’ll be damned if it wasn’t the most incredible McDonald’s sandwich every. single. time. I don’t know what they’re doing in the kitchen back there, but they are doing an incredible job. Those people need raises, promotions, and maybe a shiny new car for their efforts. Thank you 28th street McDonald’s. Thank you.

This is the best experience I have had at this or any McDonalds, the food was hot and fresh, the chocolate shake had whipped cream on it, sometimes it doesn’t, the staff was really positive and sweet.

This Mcdonald's has staff that remember their customers. They have our frappes ready for us when we came in the door after noticing we always ordered the same ones the same way every time we came. They truly seem to care about the customers here, which isn't always something you find in fast food these days.

Something went wrong with my mobile ordering, nothing that I knew it was going on, but they had my order, but I had to give payment and instead of collecting payment, they just took care of it for me. They were super polite, it was very busy, and it was a very good experience, I will definitely be back to this McDonald’s

I understand the shortage on employees across the state and I agree that hourly and salary wages need to increase in order for people to go to work, but the employees here we're so negative and rude I will never go back to that one again. Never. Also I watched the workers go from putting her hair in a new ponytail to jumping on the grill with nothing on her hands. And she had hair all over her sweatshirt and thought it'd be funny if a customer got a hair in their food. No funny!
