Great location! Employees were cheerful, pretty fast service, typical Subway prices. I ordered soup which came rather hot but was good. Restaurant interior was very nice and clean. It would be a good, quiet place to sit and do homework... if their internet was faster.
Loved the Philly cheese steak! The staff were very accommodating and worked quickly. Something I HATE about the place: the bathrooms (both at once?! ) have been "out of order" for WEEKS!
The nice young lady Journi was very nice. She had great customer service and made my meal awsome. She made sure i was ok and had everything I needed. She also gave me a FREE coupon in my bag.I think she deserves a promotion or needs to earn more money.👍🏾
Employees were friendly and courteous. Easy in and easy out. Also, subway has not raised prices. Most if not all, other restaurants in the area have. I purchased the spicy Italian sub, at the same price I paid last visit! Thank you Subway for not raising $.
Clean and orderly. Owner on site and engaged with customers. My only takeaway is that the signature sandwich was missing items that should have automatically been included. Didn't notice until I was already home.
One of the workers named journey was awesome. She was very kind, and gave me lots of extra toppings on my sub. The sub was very good, and she gave me a free six inch sub
The owner and workers are extremely nice. The restaurant is very clean. I recommend this Subway if you are near downtown Grand Rapids.
All the young ladies here were great! They got everyone out in a timely fashion, and when a customer had a complaint they dealt with it perfectly. Each one had a smile on their face the entire time I was in the store. I bet highly recommend this Subway to everyone
