The staff is very friendly and they welcome my dog with a pup cup every day.

Biggbee coffee has delicious Blueberry muffins and offers friendly service and is also convenient for college commuters using the bus system!

Went in today, and they were very nice (even when I cracked a dad joke and a ghost display) and were very fast at getting my drink.

My first time to a Biggby coffee. This location was very convenient to my hotel in downtown Grand Rapids. Staff was very friendly and the drink was delicious.

First time visiting this particular or any Biggby Coffee establishment. Nice quiet location. Self serve from thermal airpot coffee carafes. Pretty simple. Seemed fresh and I made it just like I like it. 😊 Restaurant and self serve area was neat and clean. Staff was professional and kind. Recommended

Around 7pm, everyone on this shift, was absolutely amazing. There was a problem with them accepting $100 bill and their credit card machine was not working. Instead of not making 3 drinks ordered, they we're kind enough to give them to me for free and I got a free drink card. They didn't have to do

Their "bragels" are awesome. That's pretty much the only reason I go there. Their drinks are way too sweet and their plain coffee is kind of gross in my opinion. Sometimes I will get an Earl Grey latte, but their drinks are like more expensive than Starbucks. I DO like that they are local, though.
