The evening manager is the sweetest, she deserves a promotion and a raise. She was busting butt and did a great job, I wasn't too happy that Arby's has made their shakes smaller and the prices went up as well. This planet is getting very greedy.

We picked up food from the drive through. The roast beef was good as usual. The chicken breast on the chicken sandwich was twice the size of the bun. The fries were over salted but okay.

Love the staff at this Arby's they are always super friendly and courteous. It appeared they were short staffed and everyone was multitasking and doing a great job!

Every time Jonas is working our order has been perfect! Very well made lemonade, fresh fries, and customer service is very friendly! 11/10 Recommend the food here. 👍🏼

Would give 5 stars, but finding Arby coupons is like finding gold in da Irish Hills... & i dont live in Ireland! My family always had a rule.. We are not going to Arby's without any coupons! Lol

Love Arby's especially when the pecan chicken salad sandwich comes back each Spring and that yummy orange cream shake. My favorites at least!!! Try them out, very good food on the go. Friendly staff as well.

I could use up to 3 coupons at the plainfield Arby's. Not the fastest crew, but it was alright. The shakes were made right away and then waited a while for the food but overall pretty decent experience.
