Home Team Grill - Grand Rapids - Photo album

This place is around the corner from work. Coworkers and I have been here a number of times for happy hour and lunch. Definitely exceeded my expectations. The food is pretty good and I have some picky coworkers who like. Only complaint is the prices are a lil high for lunch - they didn't have like '
We had dinner last night at Beer 30. If you haven't been, you should go. The atmosphere was friendly and staff did a great job. I enjoyed the steak and fries for $10. The steak was cook perfectly and the meat was from a local meat market (Sobie Meat) They had plenty of beers to choose from, what mor
Its not the home team grille . Now it's "the local" and its pretty rad . Burger meat from sobe meats . Waffle fries are really good say the kids. Bistro burger was perfect a little pink -just as i requested. They have some great beers. Breakfast stout on tap ! Wife got the perch . It was top notch
Hands down, best food ever! I was a little reluctant because It seems like every time I go to a restaurant, I fork out $50 and the food/service sucks. Not here. Service was great, and I can't even begin to describe how great the food was. I can't wait to go back!!!!
Good selection of beers on tap, plenty of seating and tv's. Friendly waitresses. The food is ok...very good pizza with lots of toppings, good fried fish, I'd skip the roasted potatoes swimming in grease. There's a patio and big windows. There's frequently country music. 2018: Renamed the Local.
A great location and food selection if you're looking to get away from the traffic on Alpine. A great supporter of the local high schools. They use meat from Sobie's Meats just up the street. A popular butcher & market on the northwest side of town.
Worked up an appetite at the West Catholic Craft Fair and came to The Local to satisfy it. Had the Po Boy sandwich. Amazing! My friend had the quesadillas and couldn't stop raving. We'll be back!
The food is always good. The server's are all very friendly. Nice place to go and have a conversation with someone, you do not have to shout across the table.
Local hangout. Big screens for sports. Michigan craft beers on tap. Nothing special *except* for the burgers. The meat is from Sobie and they have some well-considered combinations of toppings. The burgers are what elevates Home Team Grill from your average sports bar.
This is by far the best place & the most frequented by me & my co-workers for lunch. Everyone's in a good mood & very pleasant. They hold conversations with you & know when to not too.
