The young man taking the orders and working the window is extremely friendly, courteous and polite. His beautiful attitude made it a pleasure to visit this particular Biggby. The coffee was delicious too.
The gentleman at the window is amazing! Even with a long line of customers during the morning rush, he has a smile on his face and makes you feel like you are the best part of his day. The whole staff is efficient and even with a line of cars the wait was not very long.
This store always has the best customer service and best looking food! My sausage, egg and cheese bragel not only tasted amazing, but it LOOKED amazing too! The employees are always so joyful. I go out of my way to come to this location!

Always a good experience here! Staff is very friendly. Breakfast sandwiches can be hit or miss, have had hot ones, have had barely warm ones, but the flavor is good. The Blood Orange freeze is my go to when it is hot most times.
I now always get the everything bagel sausage egg and cheese hold the sausage. Best thing ever. I also get the frozen mocha mocha. The person at the drive thru is always nice. I have seen him 3 times now. Every time I go there I see him lol. Good food and great coffee.
the boyfriend got the most delicious iced mocha w oat milk. just have to take a star off because he drank it too fast, got a tummy ache, and no longer wanted lunch. and he only gave me like 2 sips which caused a cataclysmic rift between me & him :/
Louis is the best! I go every morning. Sometimes the line can go slow but probably the best location around
This is my favorite Biggby. There's this one guy employee... He never fails to be so sweet, friendly and smiley. He makes my day every time I visit. Lay time I went, he wasn't there. Everyone there was still super sweet! Idk what they're doing there for their employees, but whatever it is, keep doin
I always experienced fast friendly customer service and their breakfast sandwiches are always consistently good!
Biggby is not my first choice for coffee, but this location may change that based on the customer service alone. Amazing man at the window!
My favorite location! The baristas are so friendly and the hot coffee is actually hot (unlike other locations) 🐸☕️
This Biggby has the nicest employees. I go once in a while and it's always the same guy taking my order (7am). He is so kind. I leave a card tip every time (BEST.THING.EVER). My drinks are always delicious too, so that's a bonus! :) Keep up the AWESOME work East Paris Biggby! :-)

Ive been to this location a few times and always have a great experience! I love the energy of the workers, always upbeat and happy. coffee and bragel are amazing too! Highly recommend.
