The atmosphere is clean and bright and their coffee art is always beautiful. If you are looking for a local coffee shop that makes their own syrups and almond milk, then go to Lightfast! They are involved in the community and make you feel welcome whenever you visit.

The owner is very accommodating. They've got fantastic coffee and tea all around; hot, cold, nitro brew, unique n/a concoctions that are beautiful and delicious. This is the perfect place to lounge out and get some work done in a peaceful environment, or have a casual and quiet date. I started coming here when, Lyon Street Cafe, became too difficult to find a seat, and I haven't looked back since. Don't get me wrong, I love them both, but Lightfast is more convenient and closer to home for me.
Excellent coffee experience. Beautiful space. Clean great feel. Barista's are pleasant and each one consistently makes quality drinks. All add-ins are homemade and like no other. Owner Kate has created a warm welcoming environment with unique art professionally displayed. Can't wait to go back!
Lightfast has good coffee. No questions asked. It needs to be said that Lightfast has some coffee juggernauts to compete with in this city so it's important to point out that Lightfast wins me over with it's atmosphere, comfortable feels, and rotating art. It's a great place to take a break, study, or get some work done. Staff is always happy and friendly as well.
Awesome place. Staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. Brown sugar latte was unreal (currently on their seasonal selection). The prospect espresso macchiato was also delicious; their espresso blends are uniquely flavorful and you can definitely tell the difference (compared to normal espresso shots). Biggest upside, the drinks weren’t scolding hot so you don’t have to wait 20 minutes to take a sip. Inside atmosphere is really nice, they have tall counter tables, shorter ones and an area with some couches and love seats. I’ll be back tomorrow for some more of this gootness. Stay dope.
If I had one recommendation, it’d be to create a CBD cold brew. Thank me later. Place would blow up

I was told to come here by a friend and now it's my new favorite spot. It's near to where I live and is in easy walking distance from my house. The service is amazing and the bartistas are well versed in their craft. The prices are reasonable and it's a great atmosphere. Looking forward to many more great moments in Lightfast!
The atmosphere was warm and cozy but also modern and hip. The service was excellent. And the matcha latte was everything I never knew I wanted. People were equally working on their laptops and having casual conversation. Loved it!
Good coffee and great place to do some homework or catch up with some friends. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. They even feature local artists and their artwork inside. Although the price of their coffee can be steep however, overall a good coffee shop. Definitely recommend it.
I don’t quite remember the drink I had last time I was there, but it was like espresso with orange flavoured sparkling water or something.. like I said, I don’t remember, but I do know that it was oddly very good. I’ve only been there one other time and I just got a latte, but I was thoroughly impressed. The only thing that puts me off, is the slight hollow feeling it gives off. Some other shops in town are very cozy feeling, this one isn’t so much.
