Big Boy Restaurant - Grand Rapids - Photo album

Food was so good, fresh made, Tenders, burguers, Cole slaw and I loved the onion rings. Service was great. I had a good time with my daughters. The only thing was that my daughter fell out getting off the seat , cause was broken.
This place has been here about my whole life. I was back in GR for a visit and had to visit. Fries were perfect, and the cheeseburger was very tasty also. A few staff members have been there for 40-plus years. My dad recognized one server and asked. Yep, 45 years working at this location. WOW!
Food was awesome as always. The waitresses go the extra mile to make sure you and whoever your with are fed and full. Thankyou for great eats.
UPDATE: 6/2/19. We returned at the invitation of the owner. Had a much better experience. Good attentive service. We had the Meatloaf sandwich with onion rings and the breakfast buffet. The food was fresh. The onion rings were a bit chewy. The food took a while to come out. The biscuits on t
The first trip I ever remember to a Big Boy restaurant. The place is well lit and clean. Service was extremely cheerful, but not in a cheesy way. Breakfast all day? You bet! Food was fine, fairly typical diner style eating. Easy access to the location with plenty of parking out back.
This was a nice place to stop and eat. We were greeted as soon as we walked in the door. The atmosphere was very friendly and comfortable. The menu offers a wide variety of food and beverage options. The waitress was great and very helpful and friendly. The food was really good and there was plenty
Step back in time and order up a chocolate milkshake along with your burger and fries. This cute retro Big Boy sits right on the edge of downtown and just a short distance to the John Ball Zoo. Like most restaurants nowadays, this place was understaffed but Victoria seemed to be every place and did
Great food when your looking for classics or something more, they’ve got it. Excellent location and within walking distance from museum or river front. Easy on/off of 131 highway too.
We were a group of about 20, paying separately, seperate tables , and arrived unannounced, our server handled us just fine, only wished she would have sent our tickets in right away instead of after taking everyone's order. Thank you, breakfast was great!!
Ordered the Irish burger. Comes with corned beef, swiss cheese, saur kraut, sauntered onions and their special sauce. The bread is delicious but I guess they put butter on it, which made it a little oily for the hands. The burger was delicious. The service was great. Loved the mango lemonade! A li
Very nice and sweet worker, kinda slow but there was some difficulties with the machines and we weren’t in a rush. Definitely will come back!
