Review Panera Bread - Grand Rapids

Ethan Post
Well, I've worked here for half a year, so I'm definitely biased, but the team here is absolutely phenomenal. This Panera has some of the hardest working and accommodating people I have ever worked with. I hope you enjoy this place as much as I have :)

Friendly and fast staff. Wish there were more gluten-free options at Panera in general. I can pretty much only have their beverages and only a few soups.

Food is delicious. Order is made right 9.5 times out of 10. Some options are on the more expensive side. Their Tomato Basil bread is amazing. I get order pickup here regularly.

I eat here quite often. Much healthier than many choices for lunch and definitely better tasting than fast food. Nice to see a grandma aged woman behind the counter. Very friendly and efficient service!

Food was fabulous as always. Staff are super patient and friendly. Prices have gone up a lot lately, like every place else, but worth the cost!

Ordered the spicy Thai salad and the Autumn squash soup. Both were amazing! I always ask for extra peanut sauce for the salad cause it’s so amazing.

An amazing Panera bread, though all of them are really good. I like coming here for the panera experience but your usually just eating good and expensive hospital food.

Ok for the most part Panera's are the same, so the people must make the difference. If first impressions are where it's at the Noah is in the zone. He was so nice and cheerful to work with he certainly left a lasting impression on us. We will return. Thx Noah

This place is always clean with fast service. Some of the menu items are very pricey for what they are. With that said, I still like going because I have never had a bad experience here.

The food is not as good as it has been in the past and the prices are quite high for basically self serve. Hubby's sandwich was soggy and poorly made. My onion soup was all bread and they were out of our two favorite cookies. At lunch. They no longer have any flavored creamer and my medium roast coffee was just warm, not hot.
