We were at the Perrin Ice Jam this weekend and we tried the lemon and chocolate chip bundt cakes and they were so delish! They were so moist and the frosting was fantastic. This place is a must try!! I will be craving them until we meet again... ;P
The cake is great - good texture, nice flavor, not too dry or too moist. The frosting compliments the cake nicely without being too sweet. We had some leftover the next day and it was still very good, not dried out as some cakes can get the next day.
I received a pumpkin spice bundt cake from here as a gift. It was delicious! Great holiday gift idea that I would not thought of had I not received one! I'll be taking one to my next holiday party!

The Bundt cake is very moist and delicious! I am not a big fan of cream cheese frosting so I was a little disappointed that it was their only frosting but the cake is so good that you can get it without frosting and you are not missing a thing! White chocolate raspberry was recommended to us by a friend and my husband is not a white chocolate fan but he was extremely impressed after trying a sample and that is what he ordered. The chocolate chocolate chip is amazing also! Great safe location and a very cute little shop. I also thought the prices were not bad for a specialty dessert.

We ordered a tiered Bundt and bundtinis for our wedding and they were a hit! Everyone raved about how amazing they were and the only thing I would have done differently is to order more!
I’ve had a few experiences with NBC including them making all of the cakes for our wedding (which were delicious and perfect!), but the last encounter was by far the best. On Friday, out of no where, the NBC delivery van comes rolling up and the delivery driver hands me a bag of delicious mini Bundt (cup)cakes. I asked what it was for and she responded saying something to the fact of, “we just wanted to give you a treat!” It’s such an easy and small gesture but it speaks to the character of the Grand Rapids Nothing Bundt Cakes location. You made my employees day and everyone loved them! So not only do they have a fantastic product, they have hearts of gold as well. Thank you!!
We stopped in after driving by. It was a great choice. They have several sizes of cakes ready to go, so I grabbed a small red velvet bundt cake ($3.99) to take out. While we were in store they had the lemon cake to sample, it was also delicious.
There is no space in the store to eat the cake there, so this is strictly take out. They have a big flip page ordering guide in store, it looks like they have a decent amount of special order options.
Cake was moist, tasty and the frosting was perfect. If you want a snack or a cake to take for desert, grab one here.

I ordered 2 dozen Bundtinis for delivery. One box was fine, the other looked like the picture I have attached to this review. There were only 2 that were presentable. I called the store and they only offered me a store credit for another dozen Bundtinis at some point in the future. No email confirmation or anything in writing so I have some kind of proof that I have a credit. The appropriate response would have been to credit my card back the amount of one box. The only reason I'm giving 3 stars is because the Bundtinis were very good and also the delivery person was nice enough to call and see if we wanted to pick them up or have her leave them on our porch since we were not home. Watch out if you order delivery. So disappointing this is how their product came.
***EDIT: I received an email from the owner confirming they would credit me 2 dozen bundtinis at any time. I decided to use the credit this weekend and they were delivered. None were tipped over/dropped. I'm adding another star for the customer service, and willingness to make it right.
