The food is good, never had a complaint. Edgar is an excellent server and great customer service skills. I could tell he loves his job and I was surprised that he remembered my son from our last visit months ago. This kid deserves a raise or a promotion. His trainee Blessing was very pleasant also.

The food and atmosphere is good. I would say it draws an older crowd. My mother likes to come here from time to time. Good specials and good food. A large variety of food and I like that breakfast is available all day long. Large portions for the price you end up paying.

Was busy at 1030 when we arrived but we were sat in less than 5 min (4 in a booth). The host was very new but the manager was experienced and everyone was friendly despite the crowd. Our waitress had too many tables it was clear but she got the orders correct and they came out quick. Kids loved the"piggy pancakes". There are always things to complain about but the take away here is how willing the staff is to fix a let-down. A+ BobEvens.

Solid food options and selection. Came in around 11:50 on a Sunday, was seats right away. Food took longer to come out than expected, but it was very good nonetheless. Hot cocoa comes with free refills. Also has chocolate syrup on whipped cream. Overall good quality food for the price. Only thing that kept this from a 5 was the service, sadly.

I hadn't been to Bob Evans for a number of years, but thanks to a coupon in the newspaper, I thought I would try it again. I waited to be seated for 3 minutes, as the Manager was more interested in pulling a cash drawer than seating people. A girl from the bakery area seated me. Since I was dining alone, she assumed that I wanted to sit at the counter. I asked to sit by the windows. Keonna was my server, and I would recommend her. My late father was a fan of Chopped Steak with Mushrooms and Onions, so I ordered that in his honor. I mentioned to Keonna, that I wanted the meat to be cooked medium.

Bob Evans rarely disappoints. Only once have gone there and had a problem, and that was a night when their order taking system was down and all orders had to be hand processed. It took so long that when the order came, the waitress asked me to "taste these hash browns and see if they taste right". They were half done, and returned. Eventually, the manager, a nice youn lady named "Bambi" came out and explained the situation. They ended up comping our meal along with 10. other orders. We have been back several times since with no issues.

This place is never really busy except Sunday mornings. The food was good and I went there with a fairly good size party and everyone was satisfied with the food. The waitress didn't forget anything and we didn't have to wait to long for our food to come out. I would recommend this place.

At first we were a little upset because our food was delivered without some items. I called and spoke to a manager who sent us our missing items and a few extra treats! All around we experienced great customer service and are very impressed. Thank you 😊

My wife and I order breakfast online here from time to time. The order is always ready at the specified time, the staff is friendly, and the food is good most of the time. There are times when things are overcooked, especially hash browns, so that is why I didn't rate it five stars. Overall, i would recommend it.

Nice staff and good homestyle comfort foods. Breakfast available all day. Wide variety of foods available from healthy to indulgent. We love their biscuits and gravy which can be part of a meal or ordered as a side. Average meals $8-12 per person.

So They were not busy. I counted 8 people. Got my soda and waited after 5 minutes I started a stop watch to see how long it would be before I got my order taken. 17 minutes the waitress came over and said she forgot about me. No kidding. So I ordered soup for a side and it came out so thick no broth at all. If I could post a picture of it I would. Stay away from this place. I will be surprised if I get my dinner correctly.

The giant banner outside the restaurant said pot roast dinner 6.99! We felt like comfort food so we went in. No it is $10.29 no salad nothing with it. What a rip off. It was not good food. Terrible service. High prices for junk.

Stopped on our way back home to Georgetown, Ontario. Boy, I sure wish we had Bob Evans restaurants on our side of the boarder. Best menu EVER, and the staff were so nice. Thank you all for the experience!

Soup is good,and for a while there food wasn't very good they're ordering was screwed up wrong breakfast,burnt food,but I think they've figured out the problem because it's been better.

My husband had never been to a Bob Evans and loved it said it was the best CFS he had ever had. We went for a nice quiet dinner alone it was nice. Food was good the company even better!

Not enough food to fill a person up. Baby changing table in ladies restroom was very dirty. I told one of the workers that a magic easar would clean it up she told me they have one and I told her that who ever cleans should use it.
