Service is great but the location is super busy. Also the drive thru line is usually 10 car deep. Best advice is to park then go inside to pickup

Our go to place for a quick coffee and snacks while returning from the office. The service is appreciably fast and the quality of food is also nice.

One of my favorite locations in GR. Staff are consistently great. Drinks are always great, and efficiency with which they are made seems above average. the rare mistake is corrected cheerfully and quickly. Small shop, but always seems to have adequate seating and space for groups and individuals. B
So far I have been to 5 different Starbucks in Michigan and 4/5 of them put wiped cream on bottom and top of the drink. There is only small amount of coffee in it, is Starbucks being too cheap or does this only happen in Michigan Starbucks? This comment is definitely for Starbucks!!

I don't do coffee but my wife loves it from here. She gets an iced Carmel something or other and they make to her order.

Whenever I go to a cafe'/coffee shop I have a test to see if they know what they are doing. I order a cappuccino dry. While in the military I lived in Europe for years and always got a cappuccino, then I came back and got a cappuccino in the US and it was more like a latte than a cappuccino. So m
I have such low expectations of Starbucks, but this location's staff were definitely above average. Other than asking for a tip -- this practice has to stop, you haven't delivered a product or a service yet -- they did a pretty good job.
The coffee was hot and well prepared. We asked for a breakfast sandwich to be cut in half and although they don't normally do it they did. Went above board.
The staff was polite. The drink was well balanced
I wanted to give a shout out to this store! I lost my debit card and called to check if they happened to find it. The girl asked of I would mind waiting while she looked and promptly got back on the line with the answer. She was kind and prompt and I appreciated the service!! Thank you!!
