It was Autumn that made the visit everything it could be during these times. She was inviting, friendly, patient. Not sure if she was smiling lol mask are a must. Food was exactly what i ordered and expected.. except the hash browns.. to no fault of their own i ordered them cooked hard... guess I'
What can we say except IHOP! Best place for egg-on-a-burger. Service was attentive and very kind given how busy they were. Quick and reliable and very tasty. A bit cramped and noisy but who cares because IHOP.

when i was in Grand Rapids spending the weekend with my grandsons we went to ihop for breakfast. it was sunday morning and we had quite a wait but it was worth it for the coffee alone, it was nice and strong. we had fun talking and laughing. it was clean and although there was a wait it was worth it

Big huge fan of pancakes, so my review will be rather bias but they were delicious, my review of service won't be bias but we had great, timely service from the hostess to the waitress it was smiles and hellos, we were promptly seated and table was very clean and stockpiled with all the amenities
My friend and I were the only 2 in the restaurant, and the waitress was unbelievably friendly and the food was amazing! This was my first time eating at a IHOP.
