1st I stopped in I was enchanted by the atmosphere. Best chai tea I've ever had, there in house blend was divine. Great place to get loose tea trade free chocolates and coffee Plus wonderful gifts.
The best ever. From the staff down to the products. Favorite neighborhood spot. ❤️
Absolutely awesome tea shop. Really easy to get carried away.
If you enjoy ethically sourced tea, this is a GREAT spot.
There's tea for absolutely everyone, with multiple flavors of every type. They've even got a few coffees in there as well.
The girl that helped me was super nice & explained all the flavors & helped me pick my flavors, even though I was fairly indecisive.
I will definitely be coming back.
I just went here for the very first time. I went in specifically for tea and could not have picked a better shop to land in being new to the loose leaf game. I was very picky and went back and forth a lot with decisions about weights for each tea I picked (ended up with about thirty or forty different teas) but the wonderful person who waited on me, Savannah, was spectacular and extremely patient the entire time. Not once did I feel rushed or left behind. She was attentive for the entire two hours I was there, and from beginning to end she helped me feel confident in the decisions I made in which teas to purchase. I will be back!
Furthermore, it is very elegantly decorated and they have a lot more than just tea. Everything in the shop is fair trade.
First time here! I will definitely be a regular! They staff was so kind and helpful! I needed some loose leaf tea for anxiety. They had everything I needed and more.
Thanks so much! You guys are the best! I'll recommend my friends and family!
Best loose leaf tea in town! I've tried many of their tea blends and herbal teas and enjoyed them all--recent faves are Spring Awakening and Flora Grey. They also have many quality bulk spices. You can bring your own tins/jars and they will fill them, which is a great sustainable option!
Always a pleasure to visit Global Infusion, especially each year today's date of when my partner and I met there. Best service, great selection of Fair Trade merchandise, and teas galore to choose from! Thanks for making it through the pandemic so we can continue to enjoy for years to come!
Really cute coffee/Fair Trade shop with a ton of different loose leaf teas, organic snacks, and cute, nifty items. I’ve gone a couple of times and have had really good service from the staff both times! It’s right next to two cute clothing shops as well, which is convenient. There’s quite a few tables to sit at inside, which is nice for if you want to just sit down and talk or relax. I love their coffee options. The price for the ground coffee isn’t horrible. A bag of ground coffee is usually $12.00. I like the brand I usually get there, so I just pay it anyways. Hoping to buy some loose leaf tea next time. (:
So thankful to have found this spot for refilling my spices in bulk! The parking lot is shared with a few other shops, but I had no issue finding a spot. You can bring in your own containers or have them fill paper bags for you. They also have a huge selection of tea and other fair trade gifts and home goods.
Spices galore! Fresh whole, ground and powdered spices from all over the world. And tea! So much tea! Teas for every occasion. For no occasion. For you, for friends and for family. While you are gathering your spices like a squirrel gathering nuts, enjoy a latte or other coffee beverage. Not a friend of the coffee bean? Have a chai latte instead. Not a latte fan? Fine then, have a nice cup of tea. They also carry handmade products from all over the globe to infuse some culture in your life and support small business at the same time.
This store is now on my list of "must visit" places when visiting Grand Rapids. The merchandise is high quality and cute. The tea and spices they sell are so fresh. The staff is friendly and attentive; you feel like you're the best part of their day. The drinks made here are top notch. Treat yourself to a visit here.
We absolutely LOVE coming here! I come for the house chai and stay for the bulk spices and tea- all higher quality than anywhere else at a better price. They're dog friendly also, and love when I bring my pup Percy in to visit. It's a great place to pick up unique, fair trade gifts you couldn't find in other stores. Try the Foggy Day house blend tea, and chat with the workers- they are wonderful folks.
