Let me preference this review by saying we are vegans and I bet the experience of non-vegans is 1000% better. Their chef seems amazing and the plating of food was gorgeous! We tried the Vegan Cuitlacoche Sopes, Salsa Duo, Vegan Enchiladas Verdes, and the Mushroom Tacos (unsure if these are vegan).
