Our first visit to Terra was tonight. I wish we had found it sooner! We had perfect service from Lede our server who is so passionate about the farm to table concept and the food that she serves. She was just delightful. We tried some craft beers which were outstanding and our food was terrific. We had a party of 4 and had 2 diffferent pizzas, a mac and cheese and the wild mushroom spaghetti that was heavenly! We split the turtle pie dessert which was decadent and delish! Great coffee topped off the meal. This place is a winner!
I've been to this place twice. It is awesome! Brunch was better than dinner and dinner blew me away! My dish is called Bubble & Squeak and I added Salmon to it. Cecillia was our waitress and she took really good care of us. I think we will call this my favorite spot in Grand Rapids!!!

Terra is truly a treat. We had a big party, celebrating two occasions and the entire staff was accommodating to our needs. They even printed menus with custom birthday and graduation wishes typed out. We felt special and appreciated. The food was phenomenal. Everyone at the table was super happy with their dinner. Even my 2 yo daughter, for whom the kitchen made a special meal and provided children’s plates, silverware, and cups. Our waitress, Annika, was superb. Friendly, knowledgeable, accommodating, and cheerful. She made our experience one to remember and I’m grateful for her service. She was everything you’d hope for when dining out.
My favorite restaurant in Grand Rapids. One can get great food in lots of different places around the city, but nothing compares to Terra in terms of food quality, service and atmosphere. Also, one of the best burgers I've had in my life I had at Terra. I can't recommend it enough.

I made a reservation for my dad’s birthday and the restaurant called asking if they could do anything to make it special. When we got to the table, the menus were printed with “ Happy birthday, Dad!” The waiter also brought my dad a card that had been signed by the entire staff.
This place has never disappointed!
Great food. Great place for families as well. Their kids cups, plates and utensils are awesome. We don't have to bring anything for the kids they have thought of it all. I have been numerous times and have always had a great meal and good experience.
Yesterday I was there for my birthday and absolutely LOVED everything about Terra. The atmosphere, the staff, the food was amazing and they even had “happy birthday Justine” on the menu! I can’t stop raving about how wonderful the entire experience was! Thanks for making my birthday extra special! �
Outside seating available. Absolutely delicious food. I had the mushroom omelette - so fluffy and creamy. My man had the hair of the dog bowl - he couldn’t say enough good about the roasted jalapeño purée.
Waitstaff was very friendly and prompt.
We visited Terra for my birthday and they custom printed menus for us! I had the scallops and they were perfect; my husband loved his brined pork chop. Our waiter was beyond helpful. I recommended my parents try it and they had an excellent dinner as well the next night - the BBQ chicken pizza.
We took my wife's daughter for her birthday. We went on a recommendation. Our first time. Service was awesome. The music and atmosphere were both spot on. We had some awesome hummus app we all shared Long with some interesting ciders. Mushroom Pizza, Mushroom Pasta, Glazed Chicken & the Short run dinner were all big hits. The deserts were to die for... I would drive 3 hours to come here again!
My Wife and I loved the atmosphere and thought our food and service were both outstanding. We will definately recommend this place whenever we can and we will definitely be back again.
I went to Terra with a group of friends last night and was delighted by how amazed my senses were awakened! Brian was a delight and Chef Clark never disappoints with his talents! Great farm to table eats!!

We tried Terre GR for the first time yesterday and it was amazing. We sat out on the patio and loved both the food and our server, Kegan. We can't wait to come back! :)
I’ve never been treated so well then I have tonight. The manager Kevin made our experience exceptional. We decided on Terra for a nice dinner out for a friend and couldn’t be happier. So nice to know that there is a restaurant that goes above and beyond to ensure our special evening will be talked about for years to come. Thank you again immensely.
I was in town for a work trip and Terra was recommended to us by our hotel when we asked for something local. This restaurant was so charming, the staff was courteous, and the food and drinks were delicious! I recommend the cranberry chicken sandwich and the pesto pasta salad. Amazing evening. Thanks, Terra!
Our favorite GR restaurant! Delicious food, lots of great organic choices, fabulous mushroom pizza! But please bring back the apple cheddar salad -- it's wonderful!
Really great brunch spot. Food was absolutely spot on, biscuits and gravy and the hair of the dog bowl were delicious. Our server Tony was friendly and efficient without being obtrusive. Atmosphere was wonderful too.
I came here (returning customer) for brunch on Mother’s Day and even though we didn’t have a reservation, which we didn’t know was encouraged or available on this day: our mistake, they had the patio or bar set aside for us. We chose the bar and the bartender was really friendly.
Our drinks were delicious and our food didn’t disappoint either. I got the PB&J French toast with chips and I loved it ♥️
Overall, we had a fantastic experience with every aspect of our visit. 10/10 would recommend visiting!!

Absolutely love the pizza here - the hot honey + pepperoni is amazing! The service and atmosphere are also great. Definitely somewhere you can expect a wait for, recommend getting a reservation. I’m going with 4 stars only because the entrees can be hit or miss for us. The cheddar apple salad was a miss, just too much cheese (which I never thought I’d say). We’ll definitely still be back though!

High-end diner in a comfortable, casual- atmosphere.
Set on the ground floor of an irregularly-shaped building on Lake Drive near Robinson Road, this restaurant offers a mission-conscious experience with menu items from local farms and providers (these are listed on the menus).
The menu varies throughout the day, featuring breakfast, sandwiches, pizza and high-end dinner entrees, including lamb, steak, and salmon.
I had their Mushroom Risotto, which was well-proportioned and sharable for two with smaller appetites. The risotto was flavorful and had an interesting array of root vegetables included. Proteins are available for an upcharge - I added bacon, which were cut like steaks.
Beer, wine and spirits are also available, as well as non-alcoholic beverages. I had a lemon aide, which I believe was freshly made, but also quite tart. Other ingredients can be added to cut down the tartness.
Outdoor seating is available, weather permitting. Mobility-challenged patrons may need assistance entering and exiting the facility.
Parking is limited. Street-level parking is free, if you find a space, otherwise, there is a gated lot behind the restaurant, and they will validate your ticket free of charge.
While I saw children and very casually dressed patrons (t-shirts and jeans), the prices are somewhat elevated, so be prepared for a sticker-shock when the bill arrives (my lemonade did not include free refills).
Overall, this restaurant seems to be geared more for the 35+ crowd, as I heard background music from the Carpenters, Glen Campbell, among others of that era. Of course, this may change depending on the time of day.
Very nice first visit to this fun little restaurant in the East Town neighborhood of Grand Rapids. Nice wine list, friendly service, good food and atmosphere.
Terra GR is hands down one of the best restaurants in Grand Rapids. We've visited many times and every single dish has been amazing. The duck is a favorite and an instant order when it's on the menu. The steak is excellent as well, especially the sauce. The place is always clean and service is always fast. Oh and the cocktails are great too!
Fantastically unique food & drink menu. Mushroom pizza shown was fantastic. Also had their kale ceasar salad & chocolate cake. Both of them were delicious. Beet margarita was also tasty and they didn't skimp on the tequila. Service was excellent. Highly recommend.

Was fantastic food. Went on a date with my wife here for her birthday. They gave us special birthday menus and a free dessert. My wife still talks about the goat cheese cake with blueberry days later. I got a burger it was fantastic. Honestly top 10 (5?) Burgers I've ever eaten. My wife got the orecchiette. It was good, but I think she liked my burger better.
Went for a late dinner and nothing disappointed. The service and food was phenomenal. I didn't expect honey to go well with pizza I was proven wrong.
Had a wonderful dinner with friends at Terra GR and was pleasantly surprised by the excellent food and service. It is a little higher end but food is fresh and locally sourced. Taste was superb! Great visit!
If you appreciate farm to table service this may be your best option in Grand Rapids. Everything on the menu seems carefully created to surprise the taste buds and leave you wanting more. My friend and I both went for different craft beers from the rotating list, neither was something I’d seen anywhere else in town which is great. We then split two apps and the Cuban which was seasoned and marinated perfectly. A perfect quick lunch stop for our needs. I’m anxious to come back when I have more time to try a few of the entrees they have listed.
First time experience was certainly a positive one. Very pleasant decor and music in the background was just enough to bring back memories for this 55 yr old...lol. The food was fantastic with much distinct flavors along with the presentation was pleasing to the eyes. I felt the prices were about right for the quality of the entrees. The only reason for the four stars is the service from the kitchen. Our waiter was spot on, however, the food took quite some time to arrive after we placed our order. The restrooms were super clean and looked newly remodeled (I'm picking about restrooms.) Would I go back? Yes.

I'm in town visiting family for the weekend and to celebrate my husband's birthday. Our young son recommended Terra GR because we love farm to table fresh food. First off, it was nice that the restaurant had a table ready for us with menus that stated "Happy Birthday" across the top to honor my husband. Our server was awesome and very attentive. The food was OH SO DELICIOUS! I really liked the restaurant atmosphere and the music. I enjoyed the Elote appetizer, Kale Caeser Salad and Seared Salmon entree.
Coming off from the plane trip from LA delayed flight, we decided to look for a place to eat dinner and my daughter's cousin recommended this place. Wow, I cannot say anything but compliment this place. Great food, great service and staff are helpful, smile and friendly, despite our late arrival almost closing. I fully recommend this place and will come back when I am in the area again.
Probably the best pizza I have ever eaten. My fiancé and I went around 5 o'clock on a Monday. No wait to be seated. Ordered goat cheese and mushroom pizza, kale Caesar salad with chicken. I had a beet margarita with jalapeño tequila, he had NA beer. It was amazing. We live in metro Detroit and I would probably drive back to GR just for this food. It was soooooooooo good.
Celebrated birthday with great friends last night. Our waiter Cory D. Was delightful & very attentive to our questions & needs. Hats off the the staff.

Fantastic restaurant with a trendy, upscale vibe and fresh, unique food. They offer a wide variety of options and have a nice patio space for outdoor seating. There hasn’t been anything that’s disappointed me from Terra.
