Sonic Drive-in

I just picked up my mobile order & nothing was fresh. The coney was cold, unmelted cheese, cold hotdog, & the chili. I also got mozzarella sticks & the cheese inside was stiff & old. Disappointed. I’m on a 30 minute lunch so I didn’t have time to go back. I even tipped the car hopper because he was sweet.

3 months ago I left a single star rating and didn't give any details, and I honestly don't remember what was so bad. But today I placed a mobile order for pick up at 10:30am. I arrived around 10:35am. I parked, checked in, and saw my progress bar on the screen, but it eventually expired. I then pushed the red button, and was answered 7 minutes later. This was while I called, twice but no one picked up. I got my order at 11:12am. "Fast food"

I never really have a problem with this location. I ordered breakfast burritos. I got 3 regular bacon burritos and ultimate meat and cheese. The ultimate meat and cheese had burnt tater tots and bacon , plus there was barely any egg. I'm not sure what was going on this morning but I know this location can do better. Very disappointing

Skip this location and go to the one on main Street. Ungodly long wait for a wrong order, multiple times.This sonic has a drive through that you can't see if you're coming from the east on 303. I wish I had known that because naturally the drive through has priority. The fist time we ordered from the app and it took forever to get our food. This last time we odered with the button. 40 minute wait for two bacon cheese burgers with jalapeños that were give to us with no bacon and no jalapeños not only that it was just meat cheese and mustard. After waiting so long and running late I didn't notice until I was home and I had no energy to drive back and wait god knows how long to get my order fixed.

Unfortunately had to wait 24 minutes for 2 drinks and an order of mozzarella sticks and their ched "r' peppers. I should of checked my order because i get home and the mozarella sticks are cold and there is zero ranch, mozzarella sauce, napkins as well as no peppermint. Tried to call but phone just rang and rang.
