Horrible Customer Service/Deceptive advertising!!! I received an email offering a 20% discount for online purchases only for gift cards. I went to my Pollo Regio app to make my purchase and was charged full price. I contacted customer service to get this corrected I was contacted back by Benito Lopez. Mr. Lopez explained purchases made on the app do not qualify for the discount. Apparently these are not viewed as "online purchases" much to my bewilderment. I find this to be extremely deceptive advertising and very poor customer service. You could correct the deception by changing your ad to read website purchases only. Thanks Don

This place has gone from great to very disappointing in the past year. Food takes FOREVER to be ready, not prepared correctly, & the TEENAGERS working there have no manners! Always laughing & cursing like they’re at school. Very unprofessional & obviously poorly trained. I went yesterday to get a cheesecake burrito & paid $5 for it to be covered in chicken seasoning instead of cinnamon. This used to be my place to eat since 2008, not anymore.

Honestly worst food ever, came here the last week and just yesterday on Sunday , but everything has changed, in a bad way, the rice was burnt, beans where uncooked, plus you can hear many people talking/screaming thru the speaker, laughing and saying bad words, to start of they wouldn't even let me speak thru the drive thru, made me repeat the order more than twice because of it, I find it unprofessional, and last but not least cashiers need some manners, they dont even greet, wont be coming back. Dont come here especially any day from Thursday to sunday, thanks. It used to be good, not anymore.
