Foods awesome service isn't. I live a ways away. My order was incorrect the 1st time I couldn't just drive back. They offered to replace my burger. When I went to replace it I got BIG TIME ATTITUDE. Like it was my fault. When I called I did NOT ask for a replacement they offered. I was only calling so they can pay better attention next time. I've been to this location millions of times. Never been treated like today. The associate even told me to check my food before I left. She TOLD ME NOT ASKED. I told her I'd check it in the car. I was missing my ranch no big deal but we won't be going back to this location.

Food is good, but overpriced. Over $9 for just the burger, nothing with it. It is a very large burger so I could have done without a side, but my total was over $17! Grease Monkey in downtown is a way better choice. I also don't understand needing a new cup to get refills, since I'm still interacting with the coke machine. Either way the cups are small so it means waiting for the person behind the counter to get done with orders to get a new cup. Particularly when you have a spicy burger and need a drink..

Fantastic burger, the right amount of char on the patty, a perfect blend of carmelized onions, jalapenos, cheddar cheese and bacon with Avocado. I added mayo and it was an excellent burger and worth the$9.29 for the 1984 burger. Cheddar fries were great as well, great service, not crowded at 4 pm when I was there, will definitely come to this location again.

I try not to dine out during this pandemic, but you get tired of eating in your car. Chapps deserved a dine-in experience. I appreciate that tables are clearly marked to follow social distancing guidelines. The food was great as expected. Condiments are individually packaged and you get a new cup for drink refills. Responsible implementations to slow the spread of COVID are how businesses can operate and be safe. Great work, Chapps.
