What happened to customer service and quality items. The picture below shows my "Baconator". Way to cheap out on the bacon Wendy's. Oh and could you hire some help for this location? I must say I'm impressed not only with the updates in the menu or the new implementation of online ordering. The staff impressed me, friendly yet not rushed. Service with a smile.
I genuinely do not understand how the late night service is consistently horrible. Generally speaking, the breakfast shift team is awesome. Although, the lunch, and night shift teams are nothing short of pitiful. They always manage to get something wrong, it takes 30 minutes to receive your food
