It's located inside Doubletree Hilton Hotel so it's a little more expensive than we expected. But the service and the food were exceptional! I ordered a chicken sandwich without cheese, when it came there was cheese on it. When our server realized that, she immediately picked it up. She asked if it's a food allergy. I told her I can't have dairy. She said she'll have them remake it so that I won't have to worry. She came right back and asked if I'd like to have my sweet potato fries so my husband's dinner wouldn't get cold waiting on my food to return. The manager brought out my dinner when it was ready. He apologized and waited to be sure I was happy.

Decided to have dinner and drinks at the hotel and I was pleasantly surprised. The blue Hawaiian was delicious and our waitress Dawn was very attentive! We had the calamari for an appetizer and unfortunately, I would not recommend this. The dipping sauce was good, however, the calamari was burnt, there were only about 6 actual rings and the rest were pieces of over fried batter and what looked like peppers? Terrible. They made up for it with the bbq smoked chicken pizza and chicken marsala. Both entrees were delicious. We ordered a dark chocolate mousse to take up to the room and the taste and presentation were outstanding.

Needs to be quality checked. The service was always friendly, helpful, and efficient but it did not match the food. I ordered the bison flat iron steak which was cooked perfectly but the caramelized onion/mushroom butter was almost non-existent sitting atop the steak. The butter was touted as the favorite but fell short for me. The flavor was flat with no zing. I'm not sure where the mushrooms were either but I'll count my blessings on that. The sweet potato fries were an extra cost as I knew going in but they were awfully greasy. Most of them were left on the plate. The BBQ sauce served with them was delicious. The mixed veggies, although cooked properly, were overly salted. The star of the meal was the vegan cheesecake with Belgian chocolate. This was worth it and I highly recommend. They looked like 2 brownie squares and were served with fresh, local fruit which was a boon. Bring a light jacket because the air conditioning was on full-force in that place. My friend, who arrived the day before, had eaten breakfast that morning and said the eggs were greasy and the entire meal was a disappointment. Such a shame with the hotel being modern and upscale.
