So much better than Starbucks! The product was excellent without the Starbuck$ signature burnt aroma and taste. Huge difference was customer service. Am glad to have tried this and can imagine returning. Still too darn expensive for what you get but, to me,it's the difference between enjoying my froo-froo coffee vs gagging it down after waiting to be served something vile by a petulant, sullen juvenile who is probably in their 30's. Sorry, not sorry $tarbucks, no tip for you!

Wonderfully decorated for all seasons! Inside front doors at HyVee store. Fun, friendly and courteous. Good selection of flavorful drinks.

Great place inside of HyVee. I don't drink Coffee, but their smoothies are very good. The HyVee WiFi (Spectrum 100 Mbps) is a big plus. My only wish would be at least one electrical outlet in the Caribou area.. but that is more of a HyVee issue and not Caribou.

Always friendly workers. I like that I order and right away the same person who took my order makes it before taking any one else's order because I never have to worry about them getting the order wrong as its fresh on their mind. Espresso taste great and I like that they now have xl size cups.

This store has a very cordial and friendly staff on the day I visited. Both of the young ladies who were attending the counter "knew their stuff" and very efficiently filled my order even while making pleasant small talk. My coffee choice, which was the special of the day (and therefore a better than average value) was served nice and hot as well as very neatly with no dribbles on the outside of the cup. I was very pleased, to say the least!

Their Iced tea is always so fresh and delicious. Good variety. My favorite is their black mango if I want traditional iced tea. Otherwise their sparkling 🍑 peach black iced tea is a real treat. The combination of the fruity peach flavor and the fizz from the sparkling water makes it almost addictive. Only wished they offered deals if the day to tea drinkers like they do to coffee drinkers.
