To start we love Jimmy John's and it's an easy go to for my children.
I'm confused how difficult it is to make a sandwich that's just meat, cheese, and Mayo.... Even after it was repeated THREE TIMES ON THE PHONE.... It was still wrong. my four-year-old and two year hate oregano and it gets stuck in her teeth..... Little John Vito modified and they couldn't get it right🙄🙄🙄

First of all the JJ App is awesome for ordering. It let's you customize your sandwiches and add a name if ordering more than one. I use Google pay also so ordering and paying is quick and easy. My order is always right and by the time I drive there it's ready. The workers are always busy but still take the time to acknowledge me with a friendly hello and a thank you! And of course the food is always scrumptious! I'm a bit of a JJ addict😀

I placed a very large order with no notice and the team there handled it perfectly! Food arrived sooner than anticipated, all meals were made correctly with customizations and were clearly labeled! Absolutely fantastic customer service and dependability! 5 stars!!!

I am so impressed with my service I order alot and called to tell them the last few times I ordered I didn't get my sauce and just asked what I need to say to make sure I get it next time and they went ahead and sent it back out than you so much!!!! I really was fine without it jimmy John's rocks!!!!

Never had such poor service there!! Was only 1 of 2 people waiting for food, had to wait for 15 minutes! They were too busy boxing up an extremely large order to make food for they're 2 waiting in-store customers!! 20 people were waiting by the time I got my ONE sandwich & was told too bad

Make sure to check your order before leaving. My husband and I stopped by on our way to Omaha airport and picked up our order. Called in a spicy Italian umwich and gargantuan umwich. No napkins. We got a country club on bread and gargantuan on bread. We don't eat bread. Try eating a sandwich on the road without the bread.

That was one of the fastest ones we've been to. We live in st paul and don't go to grand island much anymore, decided to stop by on our way thru. Great service! Awsome food. Very friendly staff and 1 lady was cleaning the sitting area. Great job guys! Keep it up
