Love the food, drinks, and service at Stanz Cafe in Grand Haven. This last time, we had the breakfast (see photos), all of which was great. But the lunch and dinner is excellent, too.
Everyone was very nice. Our food was way better than I expected. The coney dog was very good, it used german sausage instead of regular hot dogs, that was a nice twist. It was a little dark in there for my taste, but that didn't hinder my experience.
Grand Haven is my home town. I returned this week to visit and enjoyed a fantastic lunch at Stanz Cafe. They offered breakfast all day. 7 people in my party loved their meals, and the waitress was very helpful and friendly. Great variety and nice atmosphere.
Generous potions, everything was good. The wait staff was super friendly.
Came here for dinner after not going for several years, and was VERY impressed. Service is fantastic, and the food was awesome. We have tried breakfast here as well, and it is also great! Highly recommend.

Very good food and friendly staff. Much of their meat is fresh from Franks Market next door, you can taste the freshness! The corned beef is made onsite which is rare. It’s a small space so it can get busy but worth it.
Great steak Johnny! Best delmonico I've had outside of Ruth's Chris No grizzle, perfectly cooked, tender and full of flavor, not over seasond or salty...

We had breakfast at Stanz, their hash browns are delicious. There were 6 of us, we loved our breakfast. Service was great! We will be back next time we are in Grand Haven.

First time eating here, found the place based on reviews. They are well deserved! Food was fantastic, great service, and overall awesome experience. We will definitely be back next time we're in town 👍🏼

Really like this place, especially the food. The Greek Hash for breakfast was incredible, and the Chicken Marsala for dinner likewise. Great for locals who want a break from the tourists but if you're a tourist you may want to give it a try too. Just don't tell anyone.
My husband and I came here for dinner and drinks for the first time about a week ago. The food was excellent as was the service. We came back for breakfast the following Sunday and our food, mimosas and bloody Mary's were excellent!
I really don't think enough good can be said about Stanz. I could write a whole lot but what's the point? It's excellent. Go eat. Find out. Nothing you order will be disappointing. Update: still good. Idk why anything would change since last time google. Relax.
Sat outside. Service great. Food served quickly and at the right temperature. Coffee cup never got to the bottom. Had an omelet with the kielbasa. Superb.
