I really enjoy going to this store to find items I need. The staff are always friendly and ready to answer any questions. The store is always clean. There are so many options of items to choose here, from tools, fishing, toys, baking, grilling, gardening, gun, hunting, Christmas stuff and so much more. I haven’t been here for a while and they have a very nice play area for the kids. My kids ran off some much needed energy. They had several sales racks with nice clothing that would fit me. I purchased a lot of clothing. I would recommend this place to friends and family.
This is a good store, clean, lots of selection. The employees are very friendly and helpful and they always say hi when they walk by you which was weird at first to me but it's a nice little quirk of the place. Prices are a bit high but it's the only sports store in town so.....also don't expect the sale racks to have sale prices cause they don't lol, their idea of a sale is vastly different than it's customers. But overall, I enjoy shopping here and recommend.
Had to outfit my son for his first organized baseball season, balls , glove, batting gloves team logo socks. Staff was expert in my kids needs, overall great father son experience and made so by all of staff
I bought two pairs of shoes, the shoe personnel was awesome. I went to pay and the checkout lady offered $70 off if I applied and was approved for a Scheels credit card which I said I would apply. She was awesome. Then I went to apply and I told the young lady my hard copy license was expired but I had the paperwork that showed my license valid and waiting on a new license in the mail. She got fixated on my expired hard copy of the license and said it will not go through. After her continuing to talk about my license being expired for about 10 minutes she called another employee at which time I left to used the restroom. When I arrived back and still waiting on the other employee to help her there was no apology or small talk to fill void. I told her forget the credit card application and check me out, which she did with no hesitation or recognition of wasted time. While my expired license was still laying on the counter a male employee showed up and scanned my license and told her it was good to go. Again I waited for her to apologize or offer to finish the application but no. No personal skills. No apology for blaming my expired license which was not the issue. And no recognition of her lack of skill to run the scanner to scan my expired license. $350 for two pairs of shoes and I leave Scheels angry related to one employee. I don’t know if I’ll bring the shoes back or no yet. Update: I spoke with Ray (supervisor) about my complaint. It ment a lot just to speak with someone about my dissatisfaction and he is more than willing to help customers continue being Scheels customers. Thank you Scheels for great customer service.
Amazing store! They have a large variety of apparel, footwear and outdoors equipment! Plus they have many different engaging sport specific games you can play, see my photos as reference. Definitely a place to Stop on By!
Best sporting goods store ever. Been going to Scheels my whole life. Staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. They have almost everything you could want or need for all sports.

Was a little disappointed, we usually find more than we want. This year the larger sizes were gone and the Vikings gear choice was slim. Customer service was awesome though.
