Great coffee shop in a really cool building! A must stop when visiting downtown Grand forks! Nice variety of coffees as well as pastries. A very neat place!

The coffee is ok. The espresso was very sour. Great central location and in the summer there is seating outside. My greatest complaint is that their choice of pastries is sad to non-existant. They really, really need to find a baker and get some pastries in that glass display.
People here almost never have a smile on their face. As a costumer, I feel like I am actually interrupting the barista/worker from her chat or homework to order. Urban is great! I'm there almost every morning and the baristas are always so kind and work so hard to make a comfortable atmosphere. There's not a single bad barista and they only give back the POSITIVE energy that you give them!!
