Fantastic!! A mouthwatering Koegels hot dog inside a perfectly prepared steamed bun...it may sound simple but it cannot be duplicated! It's definitely a hometown favorite and one-of-a-kind. It's been there for decades. It closes during the winter and once you find out it's open for the year, you're there immediately. The 'red sauce' (not ketchup) is truly out-of-this-world!! Thankfully, you are able to purchase this delicious sauce by the bottle. The onions are finely chopped and paired with the red sauce somehow transforms into this incredibly fantastic flavor that I cannot describe. And don't forget the root beer. It's the best in the world. Again, not sure why, it just is! And you can buy that by the gallon (or half) to enjoy and share. I grew up in Grand Blanc and have been eating these dogs for as long as I can remember. It's always such a wonderful treat to go back there when I'm in town. If I happen to take a newbie there, I always get a raised eyebrow when I pull in. It's like a permanent food truck. One bite into the dog and they are ordering more. Seriously, the best!

This place has been around since I was a kid and I still feel the same way about it, I love it! The only thing I will say is that the younger staff needs to be a little bit nicer to their customers, a better attitude will get you a longer way and better tips :)

Hot dogs, koegels, polish brats, simple as. Also doesnt take credir cards, be warned.
