Mcdonald's

I normally love this McDonald's. The staff is so super nice and they still are however they have started using a robot to take your order. It is very frustrating when it gets your order wrong! I understand that the increase in hourly wage is the cause for needing to replace people, but I can tell you there is no replacing costumer service with a robot. It makes me sad this is the solution.

When I get my food I asked for Ketchup packets kuz it's easy to forget I get it. Tonight same thing but when I asked the kid tells me there out of ketchup packets I get home and yep they didn't forget this time ketchup packets in the bag for a change (The lil kid that handed me my food about 11pm 5/27/22 is really so lazy he gota lie about ketchup!) I guess it dont help one of your store managers seems to want you kids to like him and think he's cool more than he care about helping you guys gain a good Work ethic for the future

Literally HATE this McDonald's ESPECIALLY at night they are so LAZY and younger kids who don't know what they're doing and too lazy to care . They ALWAYS block a lane off because they can't handle two lanes because they're lazy and can't do their job even if they're short staffed you should still have two lanes!!!!! The restaurant was built for two lanes and one person to run both lanes it wasn't built with two lanes to block a lane off ... The thing I hate most about this McDonald's is you never know what it's going to be like sometimes it will be a good visit other times it will be a visit that will make you NOT want to come back. HIRE PEOPLE THAT HAVE EXPERIENCE or train them... SOMETHING!!
