El Maguey

I love this place and the friendly people that work here. There is a bar that you can sit at or grab a booth or a table. There is never a wait. We've also called ahead to get our food to go. Everything is always fresh, hot, and delicious. The meal starts with chips and salsa. Everything I've ever tried is authentic and tasty. The prices are reasonable and everyone enjoyed their meal. We will be back. ¡Gracias!

I really wish they had better vegetarian options and that I didn't find chicken in every vegetarian meal I've ordered. That really stinks. But, the staff are super nice and my husband and son enjoy the food they've ordered sooo they're doing something right - just not for a vegetarian imo (unless you just want an avocado salad, which is good, but if you want a warm meal I just wouldn't do it).

I'm going with 4 stars. The server was efficient but I wouldn't have considered her super friendly. Don't get me wrong, she was nice. I've just had servers who were very friendly and outgoing. Still, she was a good server. The place is very clean. We got our food in a timely manner. The food itself was good but the enchiladas are smothered in sauce and that particular sauce isn't very good. Once you scraped the sauce off (or at least 10 ounces of it) the enchiladas were very good. The chimichanga was EXCELLENT! Over all its not a bad little place. For 3 adults and 2 kids it was $68. We got an order of cheese dip, order of guacamole, 3 sodas, 2 kids drinks, 2 kids meals, a chimichanga dinner, a enchilada dinner, and my daughter got some breakfast dish with beans, rice, tortillas and eggs (the latter was also smothered in 10 ounces of the red sauce) other than that she said her dish was ok. All in all I'd say that their prices are decent and it's an ok place.
