Kfc

Five people working here at KFC in Grafton shopping world, 3 customer orders and took 15 minutes for a chips, potato and gravy and two strip's. Kids running the place, no manners, customer service or care. In the last 30 years the worst KFC I know. On par with the other KFC in Grafton. Cold food, always out of stock of items. Get a kebab next door instead.

Feeling budget conscious, had a late lunch. Tenders burger were nice and fresh enough despite probably not being piping hot. When I got to my chips, after I had finished my burger, they were cold. And not really much salt evident despite asking for extra salt. I were told that they had gone out a bit ago so too bad. Which is a shame as I am not a fast eater and can't eat a burger and chips all at once. No straws for drinks in bag either. Don't mind drinking a can no straw but a frozen drink I needed one. And thanks to the guys that made me look and feel like a fool for asking for hot chips and being told too bad.

TERRIBLE service!! Was told they had to turn the fryer back on to cook our burgers for our combos. Ok, so waited for that. They had obviously packed our chips when they took the order, 12 minutes before delivering our burgers as they were cold and only half full!! When I questioned some charges on the receipts two teenagers behind the counter just backed away saying ‘I didn’t take that order’ instead of just explaining it.

Absolutely useless. Ordered a zinger combo and took them about 5 minutes to come and tell me they had no zinger fillets left so i asked for a refund and took another 5 minutes for someone to come out and do that. Ordered 2 go buckets with extra salt with that order and came with hardly any chips and no extra salt and was cold. Useless

Went to kfc in the foodcourt today. Ordered my meal. While at counter noticed the place was like chaos with foid spilt every where on counter where they prep boxes which is not a good look. Only received half my order and the gravy was very pale and the potato was so gluggy you could not mix it together. Worst kfc I have ever had. Will not be going back there. Only put one star so i could write my review did not deserve that star.

Sat and watched our food sit at the counter while the two workers talked about star wars with no intention in calling our number. And over herd other customers being told that they couldn't buy any chicken because they only had 30 mins till close. Watched $30 walk past because no one wanted to cook chicken
