Cousins Subs

Long wait, food is very bland. Subs thrown together with sloppy presentation. Asked for jalapenos, got a clump in the middle of the sandwitch and the Mayo wasn't spread. Got a meatball sub witch isn't bad at all but was cold a couple times. I rate sub restaurants in order from best to worst starting with the best subway then jimmy johns then chocolate factory then cousins then firehouse subs.

The man that took my order, was VERY NICE, with a heartwarming smile.🙂 He missed that I wanted a double meat sub, that I noticed after reading my receipt. I let him know, and he was ON IT, to make sure my order was what I wanted. He is a middle aged,"Black/African-American" man. Also, when he informed the sandwich makers of his mistake, they did not complain. She just said,"ok, no problem!", and added my extra meat,(double turkey).Love this location, and will return!😁And,the sub was DELICIOUS!!!😋

The last few times going to the Grafton location has been disappointing. I put an online order in and when I come to get it it hasn’t been started yet. The customers who came in to place their order and ordered after my online order got their food before me. I ordered fries and they dropped them in the fryer but my sandwiches weren’t even started so my fries got cold. And the sandwiches were a bit sloppily made. I sent an email a few days ago and have yet to hear back from them.

Spent 40 dollars, order a sub for my wife and myself. They were out of ingredients for the special Italian sub so my wife ordered something different. I order bacon and cheddar chicken sandwich, no cheese and a half inch strip of chicken. On the us side a lot of veggies to cover for no chicken or cheese. Really disappointed again for what was spent on the subs. Lots of choices in Grafton for subs, this probably will not be anywhere near go to again. Sorry I know everyone is suppose to be nice because of covid but I should not feel like this after spending 15 dollars a sub and getting this. I changed this to 3 stars because the owner took care of us . Thank you

Ordered for pickup. Order was still not even started till I got there, 30 mins after my scheduled time. Stood here for 10+mins waiting for my food. The point of the online order is to not wait. This has happened 3xs now. Food is always good but be prepared to wait a very long time for your food and don't brother ordering online.
