Culver's

Over the years I've had very mixed experiences at this store. Thumbs up for a period then way down for a period. Never know what your going to get. Just recently ordered online and picked up curbside. The only positive was that the pickup was quick. But it went well down hill after. Wife had a single cheese burger I had a double. The cheese wasn't even melted and the meat was as cool as the lettuce...seriously. The burger build was even worse. Just unbelievably sloppy. Then the price!! Over $35 for a single, a double burger, one LG fry, one cheese curd, two double scoop turtle sundaes, one LG coleslaw, no drinks. Two days later we went to a sit down restaurant with wait service. We both had a meatloaf dinner and split two pitchers of beer. With a 20% tip it was only $2 more and the food was presented well and hot. It's going to be a looong time before I give these guys a shot again.

Walked out. Came inside around 12:45 today. A elderly man was at the counter trying to get help. 4 Culver’s employees and 1 manager were assisting him. Seems they gave him baskets for his food. He needed some paper of sorts to make his meal less messy. The manager said to give him a tray paper. He asked for a what they wrap stuff in. The manger says they don’t have that in the baskets. You have to ask for that. The older man said that he wanted it for keeping the sandwich from staining his clothes. He said Culver’s should provide them and walked away. I started to place my order. I soon heard the manager say that the man can complain to Culver’s. He was talking to other employees and mocking the older man. Never heard him apologize to the man or tell him he would forward his request. Just couldn’t understand his treatment of a reasonable request. Went out the door and saw the Culver’s is just a stones throw from Village Point senior center. I will pass on the place as they are lacking the good customer service that Culver’s is famous for.

It's always good food for fast food, expensive...the service can be iffy depending on who is taking the drive thru orders and who brings out the food. The woman during the day taking orders is awesome! And the kiddos who repeat your order when they bring out your food are great...it gives me a sense of false security that everything is in my bag (I still check)...lol! Only one way in and out.
