I brought my grandparents here for high tea service. We had never been before and let me tell you it surpassed expectations. I love high tea at the Ritz Carlton Grand Lakes, and the high tea service here was even better. Fantastic teas, AMAZING blueberry scones, wonderful soups and quiches and sandwiches. Literally everything we ate was perfection. Beautifully quirky atmosphere. Highly recommended. Will return.
Really enjoyed the ambiance, grounds and food. You feel like you're in the South as you walk in and see all the decorations, wallpapers and furniture. We were a party of 12 and enjoyed our food very much. Big plates, enough to share. A must try is the eggs benedict and the French onion soup.
We enjoyed The Pipe Room, as we Celebrated our office’s holiday luncheon yesterday! Dr. Sanchez was very happy, and our team was excited to see this lovely vintage tea room. The food as always excellent! Thanks for hosting a perfect social bonding experience for all of us, as medical professionals we definitely needed this blessing as a group! Thanks again!!!
Had my bridal shower here and not only was it the most unique and magical experience, the food and service were AMAZING! They were in communication and responsive throughout the planning process. Highly recommend!
Wow !!! I’m obsessed with this place. The food is amazing and the portions are great. Everything from the breakfast to the lunch is so tasty. The tea is so delicious. I always take my family here and always rave about this place, they all come out loving this place. The staff is very friendly and the decor is beautiful. I always joke how fancy I feel coming here. Will always come back!

Took my fiancè here for new year's day in my recent visit and the food and drinks were great. Loved the country fried steak and eggs combo and the bellini and mimosas were sensational. Only negative I will say is the cats that would sit right under our table as we ate and stare at us. They didn't bother more than that but just a thing to consider for those with allergies.
