Absolutely terrible, AVOID!!! Advertised their prime rib at $7.99 per pound but when we picked it up it was more then double. Showed them the menu we ordered from and their advertised price and they agreed it was a misprint on their behalf. The Manager up front at the register said he would honor the price rather then waste the food. When the owner found out he told us we are stealing from him and told us to take our "explicit" food and get our of his store. The owner of this place should be ashamed of himself and the way he treats his customers. I've never met a bigger piece of garbage in my life. Zero respect. They also forgot to include one of our trays of food this year, very disorganized. Last Christmas we ordered from them as well and the Chicken Francese came without any sauce. They were still open so my wife returned and the added the sauce. When we finally ate a few hours later the sauce was all chicken broth, no flavor. Should have learned my lesson last year.

I reviewed Roccorama on Facebook two days ago based solely on an accurate price comparison. I made a review of a charge for filet mignon at $29.99 per pound, consistent with my frustration with Roccorama of ongoing price increases that the staff has not even been able provide answers for over the last three years (it was $19.99 per pound three years ago). Even though I had great loyalty, I finally price checked them. Another local butcher with an outstanding reputation, and referred by local friends and restaurant owners, offered the same prime filet cut at $21.99 per pound. That is their retail price, not restaurant prices. Online prices were even lower. This $8.00 per pound difference is consistent in the local area. My review was quickly responded to by the owner of Roccorama for a full refund, if I took the review down, while he defended the his price and justified it. I feel bad for other local residents that will continue to pay more than they should, so I refused to accept the offer. My review was factually based and I care about my neighbors. My review is also not for sale. This was followed with threats by the owner of suing me and coming to me office in the neighborhood even though I told him not to. I visited the Goshen Police Department to ensure he would not show up. This type of bullying says a lot. A factually based review, that is easy to clearly prove, does not warrant threats and bullying. So much for fact-based free speech.
