Hardee's

18 mins just to get someone to take my order. There’s 5 people behind me . The cashier was taking 1 order at a time then leaving the register to put drive thru orders together. I get you short staffed but this is lack of proper customer service. There was multiple people in the kitchen plus 2 workers in the drive thru. Drivers can’t afford to wait that long just to order plus the 25 mins till we get our food .

They only have #1-#5, but they don't tell you this until you actually order. They also had no ice, no syrup you had to go next door to the gas station. the burger was slightly undercooked.. just a bunch of lazy, nobody cares. When this place first opened up it was amazing. They had a shipment come in but it was too late to prep.. but they didn't close for another hour. lazy excuses. If they weren't busy they all went on break so every time new people came up to order the person would yell in the back hey we got customers... Don't you get a 15 minute break every few hours and a 30 minute lunch?? It's not just the workers that are bad it's the management that's hiring anyone.

Worst Hardee's or Carl's I've been to. Weird buns that tastes different from every other Hardee's and fall apart, this ruins any burger I've ever eaten here. This place has constant problems keeping items on the menu, last few time here you could only order burgers 1-5, no chicken, shakes, or larger paddies on the burgers because they were out. They said they order the food but don't get full deliveries. Really great staff though, always super friendly and considerate.

As usual this place disappoints, the staff was not friendly or inviting and did not seem to clean well. Even though I checked online for the close time and it said 11 pm (Google says verified by phone 6 days ago) they were closing at 10 pm. During the time of Lent they have 2 fish sandwiches on the Hardee's website but this place was apparently out of both fish or they just did not want to cook more for me at 930 pm. So I had to do without food for the night. This place is very inconsistent with time, staff cleanliness and food. I don't plan on wasting my time staying here anymore would rather go down the road to Gallups, I never have issues getting food their.
